A little pricey but worth it for the experience. All you can eat (delicious) sushi and other add ons definitely bring more value. Good selection of meats, veggies, mushrooms, and seafood including big crab legs! Servers were attentive, took empty plates and refilled soup + drinks frequently. Would recommend :)

It's a lot of fun, very friendly and attentive staff.Pretty clean and on the cheaper end of some of the Hot Pot places I've visited before. The all you can eat sushi aspect is amazing as well. The price tag is still a little high but there is a lot to offer.

Tried hot pot the day after Valentine's Day! I think the price or variety of food scares people. It's $35.99 per person but everything on the tablet is included! Sushi, hibachi favorites, apps, etc. We usually spend $100-$120 at Ichibans around Valentine's Day. I would recommend trays to carry your plates/bowls back to the table. Customer service was excellent and they helped explain how the experience worked. We'll return!

Family run place, with a large variety of options in a good location. This was my first Hot Pot experience and it was very good, the sushi was also very good.

The experience was nice, the restaurant was very clean, almost immaculate, you could eat off the floors. The service was okay but towards the end we felt rushed and if I’m spending $85 don’t rush me, that’s was my only issue. The choices were spectacular and very neatly put together, I bought my daughter and I don’t recommend because of the hot plates if they’re busy like my toddler. It’s so cozy in a cold day, and refreshing! Overall the experience was lovely, and I would will coming back 9 out of 10 !!!

My wife and I came here for dinner date the other day and really had a great time. Our host who greeted us very kindly and thoroughly explained the hotpot process to us and answered our questions very patiently. The food itself was very nice and all the ingredients tasted fresh. I think I would have liked a bit more guidance on putting together a good dipping sauce for the hotpot. They have recipes posted on the sauce bar, though certain ingredients weren’t present. The process of having hotpot was very novel and fun. I really enjoyed getting to choose my own ingredients. What’s more is that the price includes access to the full menu with no extra charge. The sushi that we ordered on the side was actually really good. And I don’t say that lightly, the sushi was good!Overall the price per person was about $36 plus drinks. Sure I would prefer a lower price, but I felt that it was fair and justified, especially considering the full menu access. This place is definitely one to return to.

Vegetarian options: Lots of different veggies to choose fromDietary restrictions: Great for a picky eater. Everything is separate and clearly labeled.Kid-friendliness: My daughter is in the throw everything stage and they were kind hearted about it. I can't say enough about FengHuo Hotpot Bbq and Sushi Buffet. It is the most unique modern Asian dining experience in the Winchester/Shenandoah Valley area. Everyone begins with the Hot Pot choice of starting broth/soup, then into the pantry to gather your ingredients. From seafood to chicken, beef, pork, vegetable it has some of the most wonderful standard and eclectic selections. I started with the seafood base adding shrimp, vegetables, quail eggs, white fish, clams, mussels, beef, rice noodles and broccoli from the pantry. It boils and cooks at your table. Salt provided to add to taste. You mind the cook with the incorporated heating system in your table and serve when you feel it's ready. Every bit about the hot pot is fun and enjoyable. The restaurant made Base was perfect. Watching the pot boil as we looked through the menu located on an iPad from which you order to your table. It's brilliant.we ordered sides, and sushi as the hot pot cooked. The result of the hot pot was brilliant. Flavorful, comforting, personalized the way I wanted. (Word from experience... let your bowl cool down before you rush in.) The sushi was great. The selection is outstanding and presentation was excellent. The dipping sauces are plentiful and varied. When you look at nearlyv$40 per adult charge (all inclusive) initially you think 'That's expensive." When you're there and the experience and food start kicking in, you realize it's the price you pay at any main restaurant in the area and everything about your meal is worth it. The amount of selection, quality and uniqueness of the food make everything so worthwhile. Kids are charged less. Drinks are extra and they don't gouge you for soft drinks like so many places do. Service is excellent.

If you’re thinking of coming here, I will be covering EVERYTHING OF NOTE in this review! So, starting out, the atmosphere. This place is a little awkward in its atmosphere- the layout of this building is very strange; it’s apparent that this place was a Mexican restaurant before it became a hotpot place. Other then that, it was pleasant! My group went at a later time (around 5-6pm) and it was moderately busy. And the noise level was quite low.The silverware was VERY clean- in fact the whole place was impeccably clean! The various accoutrements were put in bright orange boxes and bowls and covered with cellophane. Not a speck of any sort of cross contamination in sight! The chopsticks are comically long, but if you’ve held a pair of chopsticks before you’ll be okay. If you cannot or would rather not use chopsticks, they do have regular silverware- just ask a server to bring it to you. Also, the copper pots that the broth is put in were nice and shiny and clean; only having finger prints on the little handle pieces on the rim.The servers were all very nice! They do speak a bit fast and quietly, but I’m sure they wouldn’t mind speaking slower or louder for you. It is clear that the some of the workers first language is not English, but they are still very sweet! The servers were also constantly taking away emptied dishes and refilling drinks or your broth. And we were asked many times if the food was alright. Some may find this disrupting, so do keep that in mind. So, seating, since this place is in a pretty cramped building (and an entire room is dedicated to the things you can put in your hotpot) there is not a lot of seating. At max I would assume this place could fit around 40-50 people (including the staff). I counted 6 tables that could seat up to four people, 2 tables that could seat up to six people, and 3 tables that could sit up to eight people. So, if you want to bring a party bigger then 8, expect to be separated. Each table has a individual burner for each seat and for your personal pot of broth. As far as I’m aware there is no way to ‘add another table to the end’ without cutting off power to the burners. The dial to control the power to your burner is situated as a small rectangular box underneath the edge of the table. The max power is 12, and it goes down 2 with every press of the down button. And no, it doesn’t get in the way of your lap or your legs.Onto the part you’re all here for! The food was REALLY GOOD!! But! If you have a small appetite, this is probably not a good place to go. I ate a single serving of ramen noodles and a plate of sliced beef, with an avocado roll and a pork bun alongside two ice cream sandwiches and was full. This place is very much a good spot for people who want a lot of food for a good price. All of the add-ons you could possibly want in a hotpot were there. And there is also a self serve sauce bar. With anything you could need to make your TikTok inspired hotpot sauce. I would suggest adjusting the broths to your taste using the sauces given to you, since the refills are made with a general broth filler and not each individual broth. Also on the menu is a pretty standard array of sushi and nigiri options. Along with one or two east coast specialties. There is standard hibachi options, along with some veggie sushi options. I did not personally order any of the nigiri, but I did see a plate of some and it looked very clean and tasty. And finally, THE PRICE! The flat rate is 35.99 per ADULT. And this charge (while a bit high) covers THE ENTIRE MENU. All of the sushi, all of the hot pot, all of the dessert. As much as you want. Everything you can grab yourself or order on the tablet is covered. EXCEPT DRINKS! Which you only have to buy ONCE! The most pricey drinks are their bubble teas, which will run you $6.25. The cheapest are the sodas, which are $1.50. Tax is a little high, for my party of three the tax on our bill was around $13. If you bring a party bigger then 4-5 expect to pay at least $200.I would suggest this place! A solid 5 stars!
