We ordered for the first time in a few months. We usually enjoy the food quite a bit. I was exceedingly disappointed that the curly fries were gone from the menu, but I was also surprised by how few fries we got with our order and an extra side of fries — at first I thought my extra side order had been forgotten, because they used to give so many fries. The chicken was hardly sauced at all, despite indicating on both sauce options we wanted buffalo. The ranch also did not taste as flavorful as it had in the past — borderline watery/bland. We’ll give it a shot some other time and hopefully I’ll be able to replace this review with a better one, but for the price we had to pay we were less than impressed to say the least.

Traveling thru - such a nice experience. Food was really good, service was great. Yes, we’ve been driving for nearly 12 hours, but our server was so nice and everything we had was great! Our server Ester was amazing. Thank you again!!!

I just had wings that were nothing but slimy, thick and gooey FAT! There was minimal meat on the wings and the amount fat was absolutely repulsive and made for an inedible meal. I didn’t know chickens ? could get this fat! What a waste of money.

Our wings hardly had sauce on them and tasted ok. Being from Buffalo, NY I’m always trying new places for wings. So,It’s Just Wings showed up in the Winchester Virginia area, but realized this is inside CHILI’s Restaurant.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Went into restaurant and order takeout to take home to Augusta wv I order fajitas with extra chicken and shrimp no onions I was told it comes the way it is take it or leave it I explained i had a food allergy so the said OK so my order was suppose to have no onions by the time I get home take out my order and it has tons of onions when I call chili's I ask for the manger . Devon the manger gets on phone with a nasty attitude I tell her the problem and she said orders come as they are we don't make any accommodations for any customers even when requested are people with food allergies. I have never been treated this poorly At any chili's and never had this problem so now I have no dinner and she didn't even offer to make it right

Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.
Food was good, but I did not get my entire order thar I paid for and they would not answer the phone when I called. Not ordering again.
