Came here when it first opened, service was horrible first time around. Now it seems there’s a new owner, service was good, tea is amazing and comparable to other Kung fu teas ?Highly recommend!!!

Visited my sister for some last-minute Christmas shopping, and she recommended trying the boba at the mall she enjoyed before. Opted for matcha tea while she went for caramel coffee--both delicious! It was my first time having boba with coffee and bubbles (as they call it), and it was quite tasty. Good customer service as well.

Ordered two drinks here on the app on 9/18, I show up and they are closed due to system issues. No refund or anything, they don’t show up as a location on the kung fu tea app, no number to call. The franchise owner should be making sure that orders placed while their mobile ordering was open are refunded.

I'm a King Fu tea fan and have visited many locations in the past few years so I was super excited one was opened in my area. I live about 20 minutes from this location but am willing to drive to get myself a bubble tea. Unfortunately on several occasions now, I've driven all the way out here within their open hours and the kiosk has been closed down. This has become extremely frustrating and discouraging. I always check now if it says open on the app, and even if it does, I'll get there and it is closed. I've just wasted my time and gas for nothing. It has even gotten to the point where we will place an order through the app and it has gone through (which tells me they are in fact open), we drive all the way out there to pick up, and again it is closed. They've taken the monies but provided no beverage. I'm really not sure I even want to visit this location anymore because of how many times this has happened.
