Haven't been to Little Caesars in a while. This location was decent. My only gripe was they took quite a long time to receive my order. But, the pizzas were made correctly and they were Hot and Fresh. So overall we were very pleased. ?

Little Caesars’ whole thing is “hot and ready” pizza… A simple walk in and walk out with pizza shortly thereafter experience. Unfortunately, the pizza is no longer ready. No pies are on hand for the spontaneous pizza buyer. It might not be the store’s fault. Could be a corporate policy thing (prioritizing online orders?) as it seems to affect multiple stores. I just want a pizza faster than 20 minutes from the place whose whole thing is fast pizza.

We ordered pizzas and some sides. They all little ceaser's quality, nothing more or less. We ordered online, and they have you scan a code to get the food out of a case which worked out surprisingly well. We were missing a sauce, so I told the guy at the counter, and he was happy to fix it so, yeah, nice place.

We ordered 3 different pizzas. Honestly the best set I've had from Little Caesars even though another customer was giving them grief and threatening the establishment with cops. Job well done and I hope their DM Jenn knows this!!! Excellent staff...Thanks!!!

Extremely rude treatment by staff and area manager. We had only gone to Little Caesar’s for the promotional deal offered by T-Mobile Tuesdays with the crazy combo. Every time you use the app there’s an issue on Little Caesar’s end where the code is taken but doesn’t register on their system. We showed them the code but the area manager said rudely to my partner “we can’t give away free food. If everyone came in with a screenshot of the app and code everyone would ask for free food.” My partner was humiliated by your staff. We will be taking this further up. This is unacceptable behavior and debasing. Please train your employees better. And if you’re the owner. Please reconsider who you’re hiring. We will not be coming back here. Honor your deals, and execute basic human kindness. And basic IT may do you good.

Terrible service. Left the hospital and caught them just in time before they closed. Ordered a basic cheese pizza. Asked for it well done and not to be cut. Middle aged guy brought the pizza to the counter with an irritated look on his face that i came in at 8:45 p.m. got home and the pizza was not fully cooked and was definitely cut after i asked them not to. How brain dead are you to get 2 simple instructions wrong, and have an attitude about it. If you dont like the job, QUIT.

I ordered a traditional Supreme pizza online, they show you a picture of what your ordering. When I picked up the pizza, I took it out to my car and opened the box and saw what appeared to be to be a thin crust pizza. I took it back in, and politely stated that I didn't order a thin crust. The gentleman then went back and got the other guy, when he came, I politely explained to him that I ordered a traditional Supreme Pizza but mine was more along the line of a thin crust. Then the first guy that I spoke with, who was in the back started running his mouth, saying that I always complain, but I have never been in that store complaining. Then words were exchanged, and I went to my car, then he came outside and told me to come around the back!! Mind you the second guy I spoke with was very polite, even though I do not agree with him, we didn't argue. The first guy was the confrontational one!!

Very Poor customer service, as well as very poor management with area manager, called to resolve a issue, wrong pizzas made as well as poor customer service, instead of being empathetic and resolving the issue or even apologizing the area manager immediately turned fingers on me, and interrogating me, continued to be argumentative and not even let me complete my complaint nor her try to understand the issue, hung Up, called me back just to call me a liar and argue and hang up again. I don’t even care of the order being replaced, however just wanted to bring the customer service concern to the attention, however if management is no better with customer service then I guess it won’t get any better. She even told me go ahead and complain because it only comes to her and she reads them. Well young lady, my advice for future reference is to just listen instead of over talking your customers and badgering them, it may make you job easier and your ratings increase. Good Luck!

Ordered from here Abt a month ago and was DELICIOUS! Better than the one by rt 7 one. Came tonight and ordered again. And it’s not so great. Breadsticks were over cooked.Got a cheese pizza that was black on top. How can someone not see how black that pizza is?And one that wasn’t cooked very well. Was a bit soggy.

Not able to eat meat. Ask for a slices'n'stix without pepperoni. NOT with a reduced price. NOT with a substitution. Literally just without a topping."Sorry we can't make any modifications"I ask why, no answer. Just "not allowed". Is it premade? No. Is it prepackaged? No. This makes no sense at all.Ask to speak to the manager - - -this IS the manager?! "Oh well in which case, yes, please do tell me: you've told me it's the rule. WHY is this a problem?""I'm sorry but we've been told we can't make substitutions."No. I'm sorry- that's an acceptable answer for a rank-and-file employee. . .NOT for the manager.0/10. People have religious, dietary, and other restrictions. They're not trying to take advantage of you --- they're asking for LESS. This is basic customer service and you should know better.

Quality of food has fallen significantly. This was a deep dish pizza that I had to wait for right after opening. They were not busy so I opened the box to look at pizza and showed the cashier. All they said was yep then proceed with something else.
