Small location, hardly ever busy with amazing service especially if you sit at the bar. Food is great, and not terribly expensive. Only down side is they close quite early.

Stopped in for the first time on our way back to Canada from Florida. Had a great time and the waiter was fantastic. Service was prompt and our order came out quickly. If we ever stop here for the night we will most definitely go to Macado's to eat.

Went to Macado's for the first time today, March 16th. Was seated inside by the hostess after a short wait. After about 20 mins, the hostess came over and informed us that our waitress was busy attending tables outside and that she would take our drink and food orders and pass it along to our waitress. After about 10 mins the table beside us was seated. A waitress took thier drink orders and they had drinks delivered within 5 mins. Attempted to flag down that waitress but unsuccessful. We were seated at 1415. At 1458 The hostess walked by and asked if we still had not received our orders. She told us that they were placed. At that time we got up and left. We waited 44 minutes and never even talked to a waiter/waitress. Never got our drinks. Never got the appetizer we ordered. Or the 3 entrees.I understand being busy and short staffed. But this was a very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable.

Wendy S took good care of us! We just needed a quick bite, so we shared the taco salad with chicken ?. We both had tea, sweet and unsweetened with lemon. A lovely chance to relax for a few minutes on the downtown mall. All of the employees were warm, pleasant and helpful. Don’t miss this hidden GEM!!

Too slow, 1 hour to get 2 sandwiches and they weren't busy. The sandwich wasn't hot and the cheese wasn't attempted to be melted as the menu stated, for the "lone ranger" hot pastrami. I should have made a cold sandwich at home and saved time and money.

I got to the restaurant at 8:40 and although they close at 9, the Hostess met me at the desk and first thing he said before saying hi was .” You know we close at 9 and they turned the grill off, but let me go check “.HE NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ME IN. 20 minutes later I just walked out!!! That was very RUDE, they could have at least come back to let me know.

I was really disappointed with my salad ? I ordered MARGIE'S CASHEW CHICKEN but got something else. Nevertheless, the waitresses and crew are really nice, respectful, accommodating and made sure I get a salad with alternative ingredients that is available at that time. The sandwich tastes great ?! The place is nice too. Thank guys! Hopefully we can visit again.

My wife and I recently visited on a cold day to enjoy some warm food and colder drinks. Everything was great and we enjoyed all the tv’s for college football. Rule of thumb: always get a schooner of beer and the pretzels.Kid-friendliness: We went with our 1 year old and enjoyed everything.

Great menu to select from, generous portions and attentive servers. Out of towners next booth over asked about the area and the server gave an excellent overview of Winchester and the surrounding area.Parking: This location is on a walking mall so parking is in the surrounding area.Kid-friendliness: They wrre there

First time to Macados. The ambiance is fine. Seating in their booths is good if you're a size 40 & under. Service was very good. Food was wishful. I wish the cheese dip had flavor. I wish the macaroni salad had flavor. I wish the Ruben didn't have whatever odd spice they used on it to give it the flavor it had. It's a freaking Ruben in a.sportsbar, not some Gordon Ramsey reality show where they ask you to "elevate" it. It was just an off flavor profile. Unsweetened iced tea was fine, as were the fries. What's with there only being ONE rest room on the main level... for Everyone?? REALLY???Other than this, there is nothing compelling to hint at another trip to this restaurant.

They were completely understaffed and had no interest in serving us. Multiple people left during our stay due to lack of service. Our food took an hour and was ice cold. Avoid at all costs.
