Every morning, 15 minute wait after placing my order. Such a waste of time coming here. And then hope the orders actually right. One of the worst locations in all of VA. Chickfila is way better and down the street.

3rd time in a week I got pulled up to wait on fries only. I waited more than 10 minutes every time. The kicker: there was nobody behind me any of those times. They're cheating their window times and I'm sick of being forgotten each time. Edit - 4 times in a week.

It’s McDonalds, so the 4 stars are definitely given on a sliding scale. This location is cheaper than the other locations within city limits. Great place to pick up a coffee and a breakfast sandwich on the way to town. Service is always friendly and fast (within reason)- this is a busy location so there can be a line.

None of the outlets there work. I walked in and there was outlets at every table and I just wanted to buy food so I could charge my laptop. I ordered the food and then found after trying all the outlets that none of them work. It's a bait and switch.

This McDonald's would be one to pass, and go on to the next, there could be no one in line to 10 cars, you are being parked, most times, you are lucky if you actually get your order right, and service is mostly the worse, some are nice and hard working, others will put your fries on counter and leave them getting cold, and then wait 15 mins for your food, I have been several times and not very good experiences.
Usually pretty good during the day besides the fact of always having to ask for a drink carrier when I have more than one drink. Just feel like I shouldn't have to remind them that I only have so many hands to carry things. My biggest issue is with breakfast. They always seem to not have something like frappes or baked goods ready. You'd think they would use the time before opening to get prepared.

I have dreaded this McDonald's in the past because the service has always been ridiculously slow. I tried it today and it was amazing! The food was fresh and delicious and the staff is very efficient. The new employees made a big difference.
