Extremely slow!! We sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes after we paid for our drive in order. We were literally the only ones in line and there were no customers inside! Very frustrating. Just thought management should know! Order was partially wrong!

Can't give all negative feedback. Food taste good. But so does a nice steak dinner that you can get for the same amount of money. Was definitely shocked by the price 3 people nothing fancy. Over $60 won't be going back

The staff here was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our food was very good and it was on overall good experience. Will definitely come back if in the area again.

We love Moe’s and go there as a family often. So we know the menu and what to expect. We were passing through town and were happy to find it. It appears to be new, so maybe they haven’t figured things out yet. Like they need to cook the black beans. Which were hard as rocks. They barely browned my daughter’s quesadilla and it was still cold. The romaine lettuce was mostly brown and/or the hard cores. Let’s hope they improve.

I stop here once or twice a month. Majority of the time I go it's been really good. Friendly staff. But the last time the portion to price point seemed short. I'll still revisit unless I see a trend.

Awesome food, welcoming, happy service, clean restaurant. And new drink machines Ice never seen before! I had the tofu veggie bowl, it was sooooo yummy. My Dad was visiting from out of State and he enjoyed it too. I used my birthday coupon so I ate for free. Thanks Moe’s ???????

Do not eat here. There was only 1 employee working and simply did not care about their job. Also do not get the steak. I usually love spicy foods but this was over the top. My mouth was burning for an hour.

I went to this specific Moe’s two times and those two times I went were horrible.The first time I went, I went with my mother and my little brother. I ordered my food and literally everything was burnt. The rice, the white chicken, the peppers, the mushrooms, the onions, etc. I went back to tell the cashier and they said, “If you don’t like it then get out.” And I did just that. Left my food and all.The second time I went, which was tonight, no one had acknowledged that I had even entered. Mind you, I was the only customer in there and there were two workers. The vibe in there was really awkward but I still ordered anyway. As I was about to order, the guy literally looked at me and walked away. Then he came back and was putting on gloves and then walked away again. At this point I’m about to just leave. Finally, he came back and said, “Yeah, what do you want?”I brushed off what he said and asked for a bowl with brown rice. He sloppily flung the rice into the bowl and said, “Anything else?”I said, “Yeah, give me a second.” And proceeded to look at the other toppings. Everything was blackened and/or soggy and the beans looked like they were sitting there all day. I then asked for black and brown beans. Again, he sloppily scoops them and put them in my bowl. At this point I’m just annoyed. He acted like this was a hassle for him and he didn’t even want to do it. I then asked for chicken and he gave me 3 pieces out of the 48 thousand that were in the container. And again, he said, “Anything else?”I was so annoyed at this point I just said, “No thank you, I’m just gonna leave.” And I did just that.I’m not about the Karen life but this is not good customer service. If you don’t want the job, don’t get the job.

Since we had only purchased once before online a special pre-made meal, we were not quite sure how it exactly worked walking in. The staff was very kind to walk us step by step explain all the options. The portions were very generous, even to save some for the follow lunch. Flavourful, the quality seemed very good. I will be returning and praising to others about my experience. We'll done. My only negative is I think the salsa bar mixed up a mild and a hot sauce. Simple mistake.
The only redeemable quality about this place was the kind cashier who kept this more from ripping us off and the amazing queen and chips every moes has. Go to another there is better ones around

We paid $28 for a ridiculously small salad and burrito, a teeny tiny bit of guacamole and queso. The lettuce was wilted and not fresh. I have NEVER paid so much for such a terrible meal. I would never go back and recommend you never go as well. RIDICULOUS!
