I lived in Japan for seven years. That doesn't make me an expert but I can't remember any of my favorite sushi, or ramen restaurants having an atmosphere. Mr Noodles and rice fits me just fine. The sushi used to be 5 stars as well as their ramen. Which made it a difficult place for me to order because both were great. The sushi is good but not 5 stars ... the ramen still holds its top rating. Beer is cold, ramen is outstanding and the sushi is good.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is not the same as vegan. Most Ramon broth base starts with Benito broth which is duplicitous when I say 'but you knew it's dehydrated tuna flakes right? So yes vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Ordered tofu Pho and some spicy California rolls and they were all delectable. The service was swift and friendly and the atmosphere was wonderfully calming. Just what I needed.

If you want to try a different Asian fusion eat, you have to try Mr.Noodles and rice! The sushi there is great compliments to the sushi chef never disappoint every time we go there! The food is great as well the portion sizes are all shareable. The soups there are amazing and real filling and the taste is great! The spicy seafood soup it’s the best if you’re in the mood for both spicy and seafood! The bimbimbap is flavorful especially with the touch of that crept rice at the bottom! Highly recommend this restaurant !

The food here is somewhat passable but only because there is no competition- it’s not like there are any other choices for Korean foods or many other Asian foods in Winchester. I have only chosen this place recently because I was given gift cards. Just always seems to leave me disgruntled with a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if the owners have remained the same up until now. Years ago I applied for waitstaff when they had a help wanted sign in the window. The older Korean woman who received my application inappropriately grilled me about my personal life- how old I was, whether I had a car, was married, had children. Thankfully I didn’t get the job. The times I saw her later she was berating staff in front of customers. One time I ordered to go and while awaiting my food sat at the counter watching the chef, an older Korean gentleman, make sushi. He scowled at me for a while and then barked at me to move to another seat. There may have been one or two times where I did dine in only because I was invited by family/friends and the service was decent. I was there this week (Valentine’s Day) for a called in order, only because I had a gift card. The young woman was professional enough on the phone and correctly gave me the wait time of 40 minutes. However when I arrived to pick it up and went to the counter she did not look up at all the entire time from the cash register, no greeting, no eye contact. Roughly asked what I was picking up and gave me the total and pushed a receipt in my face. Just very curt, rude, speaking forcefully to other staff. Very negative vibes and made me feel uncomfortable. A customer came in after me and politely asked for a to go menu, and this young woman told her she didn’t have one so the customer just turned around and left. Food was so-so and very skimpy portions of bulgogi in the bulgogi jobchae and ingredients for the pho.

Food was fine what did arrive on time. Waited over an hour for a burnt Stone Pot and then another 25 minutes for a replacement.

First time in and we will definitely be back many times! My wife and I both got the bi bim bap (one bulogi, one seafood) in the stone pot. So delicious, nutritious and fresh! Also came with miso soup which was the best we’ve had compared to everywhere we’ve been. Christopher was our waiter and he was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Thanks! We will be back soon.Vegetarian options: Waiter was very knowledgeable about what was in each dish.

The food here is very average. The Ramen noodles and the Pho are decent but not outstanding. The sushi was good but pricey for the amount of the servings. There are definitely better Ramen Noodles and Pho to be had in the area. The service we received was very good, but I'm not sure if the service would have been as good if one of the members of our dinner party didn't already know the server. All and all this would not be in my top three picks for a meal.Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall type shopping center with open parking for all the businesses.

My first time here. Ordered the Bulgogi bibimbap chicken dumpling and rice cake soup, and bulgogi fried rice. The taste was beyond comparison compared to authentic Korean flavor. I lived in Namyangju, gyeonggido for 11 years and these flavors are better than local tastes in Korea. If I could give 6 stars, I would. And the prices are very affordable.

The best pho in Winchester, hands down. The Korean stone pot dishes are absolutely delicious, and the sushi is on point. The quality of the food is very consistent and the service is excellent.
