This was my new favorite place to eat. The food is wonderful, but after a bad service experience today I do not think I will come back. I ordered delivery around noon and was given a 12:20 to 12:36 delivery window. The food was a half hour later. I ordered on a Saturday at lunch time, so I know that can happen, that's fine. What isn't fine is when I call to see what's going on (maybe it got delivered to the wrong place), I am told that it is coming without me providing any order details, I'm just trying to be rushed off the phone. The guy on the phone then asks for the address, I give it to him, and he says "usually they give a name too," so I gave the name, he says its coming. I thought the guy on the phone was a bit rude. The food shows up, and my order has beans in it. When you read the description online and look at the photo for mixed chicken bowl, neither of them show beans. Frustrated with the situation as is, I called again and got a lady on the phone. I explained, hey, this doesn't have any beans in it anywhere online, but I have beans everywhere. She first said that it depends on who is making it, and then said that they haven't updated their menu. Neither of which are my fault and that isn't what I ordered. She then just says sorry and hangs up on me. I wasn't out to get a free lunch, I just want what I ordered. Hanging up on me was really the icing on the cake. Wonderful food, poor customer service.

I ordered their 1/2 chicken on uber eats. I expected white and dark meat. I got two chicken breasts. I'm not a fan of white meet. I find it very dry. Also tried their rotisserie chicken sandwich.What I got wasn't bad. But I didn't think it was anything to write home about. I didn't think the chicken had much flavor and seemed dry to me. But to be fair, I am biased against white meat.

The food is delicious! Always fills you up and taste great. BUT their customer service is poor. Multiple times I’ve come to eat they have an attitude, don’t say hi, and it seems like no one wants to be there. The only thing that has kept me as a customer is the chicken. But the staff are rude and not friendly at all.

the guy was so rude over the phone just because my friend didn’t have her card and wanted to pay over the phone he with an attitude asked her why and then proceeded to argue with her when we got there. Service is -0 WOULD NOT COME

Make sure you check your order before leaving, because they mess up and then when you complain about your missing sides they yell at you and complain you place the order wrong and said you didn't ask for that.. very incompetent.. the owner don't have any skill of customer service...

Rice taste like they cooked it with milk, fries were burnt and the chicken tasted average. I prefer Aroma deli chicken more.
I don't recommend coming to buy here, they sold me a watery and spicy guacamole. The chicken breast was miniature. And a lot of salt. I recommend aroma deli, very good food and very good service?

Fantastic Peruvian style rotisserie chicken in Winchester, VA. The yuca fries are fantastic as a side as well as the rice and beans. The best part is that the food is AFFORDABLE!! Good prices. Great food. Nice staff.
