Went to pick up my online order with the intent of tipping cash when I got there only to be met with the rudest employee talking about “ thanks for the tip” well you would of had a tip if you didn’t run your mouth. So rude, absolutely disgusting behavior .

Ordered cinnamon mini rolls, cheese sticks, and bread sticks. Cinnamon mini rolls had a blob of icing just in the middle of the order. The cheese sticks weren’t cut. The bread sticks weren’t cut and had zero topping sprinkled on tops. The manager (new woman) said they aren’t suppose to cut any of these into “stick” and she felt like the topping had to have been put in the bread sticks. This particular store has always been wonderful!! I’m not sure what that change is but it hasn’t been a good thing over the past month unfortunately.

I ordered wings and a pizza, the wings were supposed to be an 8 piece only received 7 and a very weak 7 at that. On top of that they sent my order via door dash which isn't really an issue. However I pre-paid and pre-tipped and when the diver got there from Door Dash I asked if she received my tip. She did not. Pizza Hut litterly stole my money meant for the driver which is absolutely disgusting.

I have to come from Front Royal to Winchester to get Pizza Hut. But I do it at least one severe other month because it's so good yummy.
