I believe her name was Nicole? My boyfriend and I went there on Sunday at 4 to get ice cream and she was SO nice. She made us feel welcome and made us laugh. I really enjoyed the environment, the ice cream, and the great service!

I purchased a cake for my daughter in laws birthday when we picked it up you could not make out the writting and the decorations were already running. I immediately got in home and put it in the freezer and when we took it out this is how it looked. I have never been so disappointed in something as I was this. I felt so bad for having to even present this to family and friends.

Came in asked about the soup. Both women then stared at me and my wife with an absolute look of disgust because we didn’t want their soup. Rather than stare at your customer trying to figure out what to order, you should give them space. It was middle of the afternoon and no one was there, probably because these two are rude. The place also had a weird basement/mildew smell. Overall very weird vibe.

Mediocre ice cream for an high price. The cookie was nice and the chocolates were servicable. I would take your children here who may not understand what they're eating but they're skating by on sole ignorance. The cone I recieved was cracked at the bottom and began leaking almost immediately. The ice cream has a sort of gummy consistency. Very odd. Be careful what you get here. There's a bunch of things that are not ice cream at the creamery that is debatably better than what their flagship product should be by their naming convention.

As was mentioned before, the ice cream I had was runny soft and the biscuit was grainy and overpowered the dish. I could only eat one spoonful to know that this was the worst ice cream concoction I ever had. I threw the rest away. My husband’s dish was a little better since the dish was ice cream and not mostly biscuit, but it too was runny. To add to the situation, each dish was close to $4 for a very small scoop, and there were no tasting spoons to try before buying. When I told the salesperson that the dish was so biscuity that I could not eat it, her reply was, “Too bad.” Stay away from this overpriced and pretentious place
I like eating here, homemade food, not processed stuff. Also ice cream and baked goods available as well

Today I tried the Cookie Ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip walnut cookie, banana bread ice cream topped with peanut n chocolate. Great place to stop and get a snack if you’re on the downtown walking mall?
