The food was great and I love the concept of a birthday burger promotion. The chips which I picked for my side were weird and I wouldn't recommend them, but the fries were great and their veggie patty was tasty. There are ipads on the table with games, heads up that they charge you if you use them and the warning bubble with the price is very small.

There was a hair that looked like beard or pubic hair on our mozzarella starter plate and when we order 2 shots of Patron after our meal my friends shot glass had white mayo or sour cream dried to the outside. The burger was good that ordered, but my stomach was in knots after because I could only think did I eat any hair and were my dinner wear and utensils clean? The food is really expensive and we still left a good tip. I’m never going back.

One of our favorite places to eat and love their impossible burger, bottomless sweet potato fries, and garlic parm broccoli!

I ordered through ActiveMenus and they were wonderful. I hope that Red Robbins improves their game when it comes to drive up, pick up.Dietary restrictions: I needed a gluten free bun and fries, and they delivered.

Know what? This is my favorite Red Robin. I eat here pretty often.Today, awful. Messed up my burger twice, wasn't about to send it for a third refire. Was told to keep the first messed up burger, then dude came back and took it (I guess they changed their mind!) Next burger that came out was missing toppings I specifically ordered.Waiter came to our table FIVE TIMES and failed to give me a refill on an empty coke. I finally just started laughing and asked for a box. They then couldn't locate my account. Finally, the manager found it, and I got my messed up several ways birthday burger. Finally, I couldn't take the survey on the kiosk. I have never once checked out at a Red Robin without being asked to fill out a survey. Wonder why it wasn't offered this time.Great job, Red Robin.

Ashley Riggs is hands down the best server I have ever had in my life! She was on top of everything all while having a completely full section filled with other tables. She was extremely attentive and friendly and sweet not only with me but with all of her tables as I noticed! If you go to this Red Robin, ask to be seated in Ashley’s section!

Updated review really absolutely horrible the burgers were greasy sloppy nothing looked as even remotely like what was pictured . Service was decent however it was a complete waste of $80 for hamburgers that honestly I would have been better off going to Dairy Queen or Burger King .

I'm not certain why I keep giving this red robin a chance. Every experience is a bad one. This most recent one had hair in a burger, the burnt ends burger had 3ea burnt ends in it, and the bonsai burger had the thinnest slice of pineapple I've ever seen. Paper thin. It was surprising it stayed together in a ring. I don't understand how other red robins can be fantastic, like the one in Chantilly, and this one can be so miserable.

Our avocado bacon cheese burger was great. The sides are average at best. We had to ask twice for baby high chair, all water glasses were chipped up. Wine was $10.50 for 6 oz. 14 Hands brand, you can buy a whole bottle for that price. Half way thru our greasy but good burgers we had to track down our elusive waitress for napkins, none were provided. Overall service was void.

Poor quality food. Served French fries cold. Fish & chips with no taste nor tartar sauce. Poorest value for money of anyplace I have ever eaten in the area.
