I'm writing this review purely for cathartic reasons. I only go to Starbucks on road trips. I hate paying $5+ on a tall double shot latte and getting what ever the barista feels like making.

NOT PLEASED!! Ordered a Grande Caramel Frapp & received more than half a cup full of whipped cream which left only about 10 sips of actual Frappuccino. Extremely disappointing considering the price I paid.

I'm not a frequent visitor to Starbucks even though I lived in Seattle many years. I just needed a gift card and they had lots of holiday designs to choose from. My husband got a hot chocolate. I had a sip and it was very tasty!

Drive through attendant claimed the free hot Chocolate with purchase of handcrafted drink was not available in the drive through via the app. The offer in the app says:Offer available in store, drive thru and at participating locations via the app. For orders on the app, add your qualifying beverage to cart, then add a Signature Hot Chocolate (short or kid’s size) to cart, and discount will be automatically applied during checkout.

Traveling thru the area and chose this Starbucks!!!! So thankful we did. Stopped in around 9:30...parking lot was busy so we expected a wait. Entered a clean and friendly store. Employees welcomed us and asked for our order. Within seconds we were handed our drinks to my surprise. They thanked us for visiting and kindly said enjoy your day. My chai was delicious and HOT...just the way I like it. Great customer service. Great job Starbucks Team!!! 12/1/23 9:30 am

I walked in with my service dog in my arms and was immediately asked to leave with my dog. I just wanted a quick danish and be on my way. I wish people were nicer. Management please speak to your staff because this is unacceptable.

I had the worst experience here that Ive ever had at a Starbucks. The barista had their backs towards me the whole time and were gossiping loudly on their phones I stood there for a couple minutes and just went and sat down instead cause they werent even paying attention to their customer. So overall verrrry disappointed with this coffee shop.

I visit here quite often. Almost always at the drive through. I have come inside the past few times and the store is not clean. Has not been throughly cleaned in a long time. Manager needs to open his or her eyes and look around.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever visited! The staff is amazing! Suellen, Tucker, and Delaney were wonderful baristas. The ambiance is just lovely. We enjoyed our time and our drinks were fantastic too! We will be back! Thank you!
