Went for a curbside pick up & my brother at the last minute decided to go in for a drink while they finished up our order. He over heard the subway worker being rude and complaining about people doing curbside pick up. Don’t understand why people can’t just do their job without complaining about it.

Below avg experience their table where the preoped meats cheeses and veggies were overly cooled you could see frost building up and informed the lady that its not supposed to be that way and she should inform her Boss bout and she said it is working the way its supposed and the temperature was right. Uhhh what!? I've worked for a subway before it was for bout a year and Abbas told me it should never get that way plus we would keep temp logs on the hour BC the meatballs needed to stay hot and other stuff were supposed to stay chill but not too cold. But anyways food was below pair when I got my suby cheese was burnt meaning the temp to the table was too cold causing it to burn upon being toasted and the turkey was still chilled

Cannot recommend this location at all. I live nearby and have only gotten subs here a handful of times because of slowness and delivery of subpar subs the few times I have been. I decided to give them another shot today rather than going out of my way to my usual Subway location but was horrified to enter the establishment, which does have signage indicating they require masks, to find only one out of three employees wearing their mask properly. One had their mask tucked under their chin and the other had it on so loosely I could easily see their nose and entire mouth. I personally feel this is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in public, especially one responsible for preparing food, during a pandemic. I promptly left and will not be back. I would recommend others don't waste their time with this location.

Very unorganized with much lack of motivation. My meatball sub was cold. I've never had a dissatisfied service at a Subway before. Ever!!

Walked in around 8:50 PM and I was told they where closed in a snooty manner (Closes @10). He then waited for my reply and then said "oh just joking" I just left... I dont think customers should be greeted like that.

Dirty and messy workspace, coupled with the fact the young man working behind the counter took ~15 minutes to make a single order. He didn’t even have any hair cover when he was working with food, which may or may not be a health code violation.
