This SF location is so nasty. Every single time I have been inside the business in the last year, it is filthy. Visited tonight with my DD and, as always, sticky floor - dirty chairs and tables - toppings everywhere (6pm on a weds). Additionally, their points system was “down,” they were out of small cups, multiple ice cream flavors for out of order, and they had discontinued their scoop cookie dough.

The staff is always very friendly, the cleanliness is always decent, the furniture is clearly dated and in need of replacement, but the staff works with what they have.The issue is lack of product, running out of staples, like chocolate frozen yogurt and staying that way for extended periods is probably not great for business.Labels should be up to show what is unavailable, even though I understand having 4-5 of those up at a time looks like poor resource management.Good place, lots of great potential as they have little competition, but try not to get complacent Sweet Frog, we want you to stay successful!

Went in around 8, with time to spare because last time I arrived close to closing time the workers inside ran to lock the door. As soon as I walked in the girl behind the counter stomped to the back and very obviously had an attitude the entire time checking myself and a friend out. A good product means nothing with terrible service behind it.

My granddaughter loves Sweet Frogs, she loves the yogurt and most of all chalking on the chalk board. Very disappointed there was no chalk. There is even a Dollar tree in the shopping center where they could get some caulk. ?

I love their frozen yogurt! Their flavors are fun to choose from. I don’t do much toppings because it kick the price up. I use peanuts lightly. The staff is always friendly. I love being in the club to earn point so I can get some money off sometimes. Their frozen yogurt hits the spot all year round!!!
I love Sweet Frog! The frozen yogurt and toppings are always delicious. The environment is nice, quiet, and clean. The night-time employee is always super nice, welcoming, and patient with all customers. She has really great customer skills and I wish that employees in all retail businesses had her persona!

The girls at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us, as they were too busy talking to one another and in their phone the entire time. The selection was decent but it was on the higher price side. The staff weren’t very welcoming and it was just a “eh” experience for us.

Excellent Frozen yogurt with almost too many toppings to chose from. The Frozen yogurt is soft serve and has your standard array of Frozen yogurt flavours. Being an ice cream eater, I would have appreciated more sugary flavors, but still recommend Sweet Frog to anyone looking for a cold treat.
