Filled with a bunch of drug addicts, two lady’s if I heard them right while at the counter waiting on my food I heard named dee and Momo , are very ghetto trash talking other employees yelling I heard the white one talking about drugs and the other employees agreed and laughed. Didn’t have a care in the world on who heard her it had me second guessing if I wanted my food or my money back , I watched the left side touch the food with out gloves on, the right side seemed to be slower and less concerned of there work . As a customer the man dee and the women “momo” would be fired . This is far from a friendly place and I refuse to come here again after all what I have seen . Being disrespectful to customers and employees is a negative environment I hope they fire them or this places gets shut down a possible call to the health department is needed as well .

There are two, emaciated vegetarian options on the value menu, and zero default veggie options on the main menu. I'm sick and tired of being forced to make changes to a base menu item to make it edible for myself, then having that order screwed up *every time I come here.* Even the Welltown and Stephens City Taco Bells mess up nearly every order. I don't go to any Taco Bell anymore, because it seems like Taco Bell has fully given up on being convenient for anyone but meat eaters and people who don't mind their favorite menu items being removed every year. Skip the whole Yum Brands family, this company is dying.

The prices have gotten a bit ridiculous. 35 dollars for 12 tacos? Thats too much. I understand that current economy applies, but I went to the grocery store. For the same 35 dollars, i ca. Get all the ingredients and make almost 40 at home. Whoppers cost 2 for 7 and they have four times the .eat in them Taco bell, you have lost the plot and my business.

5,00 for a beef burrito supreme!? Very little ingredients inside. Mostly beans. Sloppy preparation. Almost as much ingredients outside the tortilla as inside... I'm exaggerating a little but why is it that all TB locations don't care about the prep but keep increasing the price and decreasing the ingredients?
They did not give me all my food and the chicken tacos that they charge more for had no chicken.
