Went yesterday for dinner, our third time there. This time not so hot. Beer great as usual and serving the liquid is quick. Food was another story. There were not that many people there when we came, about 5:45. Ordered side salad and white pizza and he ordered a smash burger. Over an hour plus later we get our food! You would think she would have brought the side salad (appetizer) before the main course, nope she said you did not say so?! Disappointed! Also bought a shirt to remember the name of the beer cause they change. Tip was processed including the tax and shirt!! Not right! Disappointed! Need to fix that!

Cool atmosphere, nice outside seating area, great food with options for different dietary needs. I was so glad we found this place!...Then our food was dropped off and we never saw our server again. More than 30 minutes of patiently waiting after we were done with our food and our drinks were empty, then I finally ordered the dessert I promised my kids by using the online option. About 20 minutes after that a different server asked if we were doing okay (first person to help us over an hour since our food had been dropped off). I said I had no idea what happend to our server but I went ahead and ordered my own desert and it had been a while, and my daughter asked her for a water. There was no apology or attempt to make it right. She did process our payment and hand me the machine asking for a tip though! Then she went and got our dessert, didn't bring the water though.Overall this place has every potential to have a 5 star rating... if only the servers put in a little effort and care.

First time going to Vibrissa and absolutely loved it. Finally an atmosphere you can move around freely and enjoy your surroundings. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

This is a great brewery/restaurant with actually good beer and food. It's well managed and service is great! The Scout stout was delicious as were several of the others I sampled. Don't miss the sours! Food is burgers, pizza, sandwiches, etc with a good assortment of appetizers and choices. I enjoyed a well balanced Reuben sandwich and my girl had the burger Royale. Burger was excellent and the sweet potato fries are fantastic! Ambience is nice although it can be loud. Cozy seating and lots of outdoor seating too. We will be back! Best brewery/restaurant in Winchester for sure
