My last 2 visits went bad , the first visit customer service was lacking and my most recent visit I had to repeat my order to cashier 3 times and my clasic chicken sandwich was made wrong , when I told her wanted the order (to go) it was fixed as a (dine in)order , the manager that was Hispanic and didn't speak good English got mad when I said the order was (to go) not( dine- in) and threw my food in bags and didn't put lids on the drinks either and acted as if it was my fault that the order wasn't fixed properly and wasn't (to go ),this Wendy's needs at least 4 American English speaking employees not 100% Hispanic

Order was incorrect again. Ordered plain got burger home with all the bells and whistles. When I called back to the restaurant manager was rude and insisted I had called the wrong store. Isn’t the first rodeo for this Wendy’s with getting the order wrong. Manager is rude and needs to be retrained on customer service.

I've gone through the drive through twice here. The food is good, staff is nice, but both times I was missing items. They are helpful and correct their errors though, as long as you check your order before you drive away!Vegetarian options: It's hard to find fast food with good vegetarian options, so we come here for the baked potatoes when in a hurry!

I got very sick afterwards. My food wasn't very good for some reason.
Food is always fresh and the staff is nice as well. I have 4 kids and can not order anywhere else 4 kids meal and a meal for me WITH DRINKS for right at $20 anywhere else but here. For 4 kids meals and a big bag, I spend $19 and some change and we're never disappointed.
