Typically I would have given a 5 star review. After tonight I may never go back. In the past we've seen the same bartender (blonde) and she has been spectacular. Along with several others. Tonight there was a male bartender with dark hair. I observed him being hostile with patrons and threw silverware when he was asked to make an old fashioned. I heard him blatantly lie to customers. Multiple people complained about the atmosphere. Also, I understand service dogs and their importance. However, letting a person in with a mastiff and sitting in front of the door, that was not a service dog, was absolutely absurd.

Avoid!!!! This was one of the discusting places I've ever been! When we walked in we took our seats at one of the tables. We sat down and waited to get menus. After waiting 5 or so minuits, we finally asked one of the bartenders for some menus and she said "you need to sit down and wait". So we did.I ordered some beer, It was given to me in a "dirty plastic cup" The plastic cup seemed to have been used.It was your run of the mill pub food. I would avoid it. I also noted some "very young people" at the bar. I guess kids are looking older these days...I have never been more offended by a place. Pleas take my advice and better go across the street to somewhere with standards.

On New years eve they charged a cover fee of $10 per person or $15 for 2. I checked this morning and they charged my card $25 twice ($50 total) for cover. Don’t go here unless you plan on paying cash, because they will double charge and upcharge.

The bartender/waitress was really nice. We ordered nachos w chicken. They are a crime against food. Really. Bbq chicken and baked beans with nachos. And it was worse than you imagine. And cold. Sorry.

I’ve yet to eat here, however my appetite for convivial conversation has never been more than satisfied. The bartender, Dylan, was a joy of a chap; offering, as he did, a well-rounded wisdom of sports and music.And there was a woman, Katie (I believe) who provided a wonderful feeling of hospitality. She seemed to genuinely care about the experience of the customer; in fact, her delicately touched demure of disposition was truly exceptional.I cannot wait for my next experience as a wayfarer at Willie Suttons.

I stopped at Willie Sutton's after dinner and a great live band celebrating John Handley High School's 100th anniversary! This place had wonderful drinks and music! Excellent ambiance! Incredible

Lately it seems like the service is getting worse and worse. We went in the other night for dessert & drinks. The bartender acted like he didn’t want to be bothered by us (we were the only people in there so he wasn’t busy). He gave us a drink menu but no food menu. The drink selection was pathetic and they weren’t serving dessert that day for some reason. We left and we won’t be back.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The bartender Alysse was very friendly and fun. She said this was her first time here. I hope she keeps coming back. I had fun and stayed longer than I planned to. The food menu needs to expand a little unless they just want to be a bar but other than that had a great time.

Nice little bar on the walking mall. Awesome selection of bottled beer, tap beers very limited. The inside is an old bank which gives to a unique atmosphere. Staff was nice. Small menu selection for food.
