Ordered our food pickup, got home and it was all cold. We ordered quite a bit of food. Tried to call in to talk about it and I kept getting hung up on. Waited 20 minutes one of the 8 times I called and the person hung up.

If there was a 0, that would be my choice! Shared experience with corporate office in MI. 3rd strike. I don't want a "call back and free coupons". I can afford to pay for what I order. Just hate bringing $40.00 worth of"dinner" home and all of it going in the trash. Even my dog didn't want it!

This is the worst dominos I've ever been to. More than half the time when you order its either wrong, not everything you ordered or taste like it was prepared the previous day, if you do delivery it normally take one and half hours for a 5 minute drive and if you do pickup it smells like wet dog being they share a building with a dog grooming place next door. Top all of this off with they will not fix the app for tracking and its always an inconvenience. The employees mostly act like imbeciles.

I usually order from here and don't have any problems, but Friday was the worst experience ever. I placed my order online for a future time figuring that by the time I make home from work everything will be done. I got the notification that my food was ready and it wasn't. I asked where my food was, they told it would be ready in a few minutes. I thought that was strange since they just said it was done but ok. Mind you I set the time for 6:30pm and arrived at 6:43pm. By 6:50, I'm back in the store and my food is still no where to be found. They tell me again, just a few more minutes and it should be right up. It's now 7pm. 7:10, no pizza and they are just now realizing that "someone else picked up my order!" I don't get my food until 7:30!!!! I was very patient and understanding, even though they could have cared less. And to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me 2 extra dollars on an already 50 dollar order that they didn't take any money off of for the inconvenience!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible. I've given this location two chances. Both times they've delivered raw pizza, raw cheese bread, and raw brownie/cookie dessert. Not to mention they've delivered to the wrong address both times leaving our food out in the cold for 20-30 mins each time cause we couldn't track it down. Go to Anna's down the street! Worth the extra $5 and pickup va delivery (since you have to track your pizza down anyway at dominos)
