The lady that rings you up is just rude. She doesn't say thank you or anything. I tried calling In My order one time and the lady never responded so I said hello hello and she snapped off that I had an attitude with her and don't be calling there with an attitude. Now why would I have an attitude with someone I'm calling my food in too. And she never have a smile on her face she's always looking mean. And she hates whenever you ask her something about a dish. I'm done with this place

Just passing by tonight and was a toss up between a sub-sandwich or Chinese food. Beef & brocolli was it. Still the same flavor but a bit more brocolli on this go around. It would be nice if dining in was available, so take out only:-)))))) no biggie as this was just a drive-by. Clean waiting area but you can smell the food being cooked. Makes you hungry:-))))))

Unfortunately we did not get to try the food. We arrived around 6:45 Monday evening. There was a sign on the door that they only had take out. We (my husband and I) went in to order and the woman helping us was clearly displeased we were there. She wrote down the order and rsng us up. As I was paying I asked her a question about the rice and she snapped at me. I asked her if she preferred that we didn’t order and just left and she said she didn’t care what we did. Consequently we left and went into Franklin to El Ranchero. Had a great dinner. I am pretty sure we won’t stop at the Hong Kong again.

We get take out once a week at Hong Kong. We've enjoyed a variety of their dishes over the years. Anything you select will be delicious.

Our experience was hit or miss. Some dishes were good, and others not so much. Unfortunately, nothing really delicious. The prices are cheap and the service is pretty fast. The beef and broccoli and general Tso's were pretty good. The egg roll is not very good.
Got the lunch special menu. Portion was a decent size for me (I can eat a good amount of food). Food was fresh, taste was mediocre. It wasn't watered down or anything like the such but needed alot more flavoring whether in salt or in my wife's case with the general tsao,s chicken, spice, (we told them spicy when asked) plus the sauce on it was like that of a cheap off brand barbecue sauce. I had pork lo mein hence why I think it should of been a little more tasty / salty like other Chinese restaurants. The real drag and downer about this place is two fold. No dine in (we were on a motorcycle looking to take a break and enjoy a nice lunch). Maybe they are still covid stupid or believe there communist homeland propaganda.... I don't know... by the way they told us the Mexican restaurant has dine in, don't know if they was being nice or stupid considering they were referring business somewhere else and the Mexican establishment was actually smarter than they were or in some idiots view dumber ? for allowing dine in.... yeah I'm not getting into a sheeple`s head ?.!! The second downer is even if you tried to add more flavoring you had two choices high fructose corn syrup duck sauce or imitation soy sauce (water and salt) WTH!!! I remember when you actually got soy sauce and it had a well known Label "kikkoman"!!

A nice, family-run restaurant. We've lived here fifteen years, and the staff are always friendly. Our orders are always correct and prepared quickly to our specifications.

Nothing tasted like regular Chinese food. Almost $30 and no one liked any of it. Egg rolls, lo main, general tso’s (spicy and not even sweet) and Bourbon chicken, none of it tasted right. It was very disappointing to say the least.
