Not to be a Karen but I know they were trained on how to do recipes to the standard yet don’t follow them for some reason and get very defensive when I ask for things like mocha drizzle on top of a double chocolate chip Frappuccino (chips get drip). I get it for my aunt from time to time and I want to make sure she gets every component that is supposed to come with the drink if available, and if there is mocha to make the drink, there’s no excuse not to have mocha drizzle....read full review
