Our recent experience was better than past experiences. Host was great. Was greeted by a manager while we were being seated. Our server was attentive in checking on us. Another manager walked around and checked on all patrons. Had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not that busy on a Thursday evening during happy hour. Food was delicious. Due to the restaurant not being busy, noticed a lot of severs standing around on their personal phones. It appeared to be normal. I also noticed that the manager was on the restaurant phone on speaker in the takeout area. It was just a little distraction. Bathroom appearance wasn't clean enough for me.Overall experience was decent.

We went as a group for dinnerFood was very bad I ordered chicken sandwich it was raw chicken sandwich not well cooked also chicken breast plate had lot of garlic and mac and cheese was very salty don’t waste your money on this restaurant ( photo from internet for reference)

There is a reason this place was dead on a Friday evening. Food was not great. My son’s burger was still mooing and came when the other 3 of us were nearly done eating. Potatoes were gross and my pasta was way undercooked. Music was way too loud. plenty of staff available, but it took forever for somebody to come and ask us how our meal was and to get the check.

I mean fantastic, everything great service great food and great drinks, our bartender Corey was fantastic didn't ever need to ask for anything he catered to everybody, while cleaning, cashing out and making drinks. Looking for somewhere to stop and enjoy the great food this Applebee's impressed me.. give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friends and I went to the Woodbridge location for the first time in a few years. The place is in need of a deep clean and remodel. The window sill next to our booth was sticky, there was clearly mold, appeared to be black, on both of the air vents I looked at. The woman's bathroom was in need of a clean up and the soap dispenser did not work. Food was decent it arrived hot but it took a little bit. Service was mediocre at best. The restaurant wasn't busy it was 630 on a Friday, we were sat immediately and our waiter arrived a few minutes later. He was nice but did not even know the menu, had to look when we told him what we wanted and had to check multiple times if items were available. Once our food was delivered he kinda forgot about us I think they sat a table for him in a different section. We had to ask for our checks and then he forgot us again. Additionally the table he was serving next to us ended up asking for a manager due to multiple issues they also experienced. The music was playing in the bar and the bar crowd was a little rowdy for 7 pm at a family restaurant but overall the experience wasn't horrible but we probably won't be back for a while.
