I ordered the limited time brown sugar crusted blt sandwich on Sunday....well the bacon that was on this particular "specialty" sandwich did not have brown sugar on any of the pieces of bacon, none at all. Very disappointed with this sandwich.

Came in on a Sunday (today 21 Jan) and we were the only ones here. The order took 15-20 minutes while we stood at the counter watching 4 employees. We did not get our drinks and had to tell them when the one staff member brought our food over and the fish sandwich sat on the tray on the counter in front of us. The only thing fresh was the kids chick nuggets. The fish was cold the gyro pita bread was hard and the fries were all like warm at best. The worst experience we have every had at an Arby's. I usually choose this over other fast food restaurants as they have a variety.Update: This Arby's was generous in sending me three free meal coupons to make up for their not so great night we showed up. We have not used them yet but did dine at another location and had another good experience.

Tried the trending GOOD BURGER. Overall the meal was good, I just wish my food was warmer/hot. I asked for fresh fries and I definitely did not receive them. The burger was really good and tasty though so it made up for the cold fries a little.

No idea what's going on in the evening. But it's MUCH different than how management runs during the day. I waited close to 30 minutes for a carryout order..then decided to walk out. The order consisted of 4 food items and a shake. At the 25 minute mark, a worker tells me they waiting on the fries. What?? I watched from the counter and I just couldn't piece together what was going on...it's like they were stoned. PM shift needs to get it together.

Stopped in for lunch before heading into Lowes. TNorwood took our order and was great. He was aware of everything going on and was keeping everything straight. One man was training a young lady and another manager stepped up to help fix a toaster and prepare sandwiches to get things back on track. Everyone was very pleasant and busy.
Always get everything I order . it always taste great and I keep going back .

Have not been inside since pre-Covid days. Good eas good. Mozzarella sticks were a great product that my picky youngsters truly enjoyed. French dip was tasty. Got 3 sliders and they were good as well. Coke products are served here. Love the horsey sauce on the roast beef sandwich that I got for me. Nice server who was patient with me as I looked over the full menu as I picked the items I wanted for lunch.
