I want to thank jojo one of the cashiers managing the store by himself this evening he was very kind and friendly when my daughter went to get some pretzel bites, I’m also in customer service and it means a lot to me when someone goes out of there way to welcome customers with a happy and friendly demeanor. i gave this lady a 10 because my drinks costed 8 dollars and she forgot about me for 10 minutes straight then i told the other employee for my lemonades and then she came and said i only payed for 1 like girl why are you trying to scam me? so i gave her another 5 and she took about 15 dollars away from me just for 2 lemonades"

went yesterday prob an hour before closing. girlie was being sus at the register. i thought she was just grossed out by my armpit hair. but when i got home i realized my cin sugar nuggets were barely dusted. probably a single grain of sugar for each nugget. this was true for my sisters nuggets as well. just kind of disappointing, i understand skimping as a food service worker but i was not a bad customer i think .... also the magic of those nuggets is in the sugar. Come on guys.

I just got a meal for $7.19 I also asked for a cup of water, but server Rosa replied that she didn’t have any water to give. Great place & food, but it makes them look bad with an employee such as Rosa. Worst experienced ever…

Bought 4 different orders they didn’t have any seat close by and didn’t give napkins. I will not shop here again.

The location by the food court is horrible! One, they are not wearing gloves at THE COUNTER when serving the food!!! Secondly, not wearing their mask CORRECTLY!!! Thirdly, the woman that was taking my order was talking on her personal cell phone!!?? The customer service sucks!!

Today is Jan 26 and just saw someone in there you chi their face and idk if they washed their hands because I did not get my pretzel from that one. The one close to Olive Ole. Keep in mind she could have washed after I left and put on gloves. But I’m. It sure.

It's always a treat to stop at auntie Anne's! The pretzels are always fresh and hot. The bites were super tasty and dusted in cinnamon sugar. The sweet glaze dip is a literal icing on the cake! Lol.
