The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. Food and drinks was very good! We shared the coconut shrimp and I had the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl that I requested extra spicy and it was so good! My daughter enjoyed her jerk chicken pineapple bowl. And we shared the Pineapple empanada which was delicious. Generous portions so we can enjoy the rest for lunch! Fun atmosphere with island music.

My daughter took me here for lunch on my birthday a years ago. We sat and talked waiting for our food. Our food arrived and it was AWESOME. Everything about the place was great. Fast forward about 6 months later: I decided to take my entire family here for dinner. We went in, it wasn't busy. First thing, they tried to seat us in a table for 4 when we had 5 people. When I told the young lady, she huffed like I was making her walk an extra 15 feet. As we sat down I noticed a lot of leftover food and dishes on several tables. Our table had dried up food and crumbs on it too. I asked our server if it could be wiped down. She apologized and cleaned it. We ordered our food. As I looked around again, some of the workers were standing around talking, not working while tables were still full of dishes from previous patrons. Our food was horrible. I can't remember what we ordered but only one of the five of us was satisfied. That was a nine year old. When our server asked how things were we all just shook our heads. She brought the manager over to talk to us. Then manager first offered us a 50% discount, then said he would comp our entire check. I was grateful. I don't remember exactly how long ago this was but no one in my family has ever been back there ti eat. I'm hoping things have changed for the better. Maybe one day I'll give this place another chance, maybe.

Food was pretty good, drinks were great, but our server Gabriel was fantastic!! So attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and that our food came out quickly. He made an effort to remember our names too which was extremely thoughtful. I would definitely go back and ask for Gabriel to be our server again!

The food used to be more Caribbean centric now it's like the other American chain food restaurants... the alcohol beverages maybe the most Caribbean items on the menu.

Ate there last night for my daughter's birthday, with her family and my son's family.Everything was amazing. Super shocked that even the steak that my daughter and her husband ordered was nicely done. I'll have to remember their combo platter of steak and coconut shrimp. I got the coconut shrimp last night since that was a long time favorite.My husband loved his salmon.My son and his wife enjoyed their plates, forgot what they got.My 3yo granddaughter got the pasta, of which she ate more than I've ever seen her eat.Waitstaff was amazing and kept up with our rapid beat of various requests. Our waiter also had a great sense of humor. Hope we get him again!
I wasn't a fan of Bahama Breeze but I can honestly say I stand corrected. The staff and service were really nice and equally helpful. We decided to sit in the outside area to enjoy the weather but the overall layout is welcoming. Ordered the Jerk Chicken Pineapple Bowl with yellow rice instead of white and I'm here to tell you it was some of, if not the best pineapple bowl rice combo I've ever had. The jerk mixed with the sweet pineapple and yellow rice was perfect, trust me. As a drink I got two Bahamaritas. Even though it has tequila in it don't expect a buzz but it is delicious. The only negative I have with this place were the menus were nasty but I overlooked that little detail. Now I wish I ordered another Pineapple bowl to go lol.

Two stars were awarded for the quality of the food and drinks. However, the service was extremely slow. Our group of local educators was simply attempting to enjoy some drinks and appetizers, but it took over 30 minutes for our orders to arrive. Thats 30 for drinks and 30 for food and anything after also took 30 minutes. The waiters rarely visited our tables, and those who ordered soft drinks were not even offered refills. The manager was also unhelpful and generally unpleasant. Although I doubt we will return, I felt compelled to share this feedback. I also ordered food with the host up front they took my number to text me when my order was ready. I waited 45 minutes and never received a text message. I finally went up to ask for an ETA and my food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long because it was cold and soggy by the time I got it home (6 minute drive).
I haven't been to Bahama Breeze in awhile. But I probably won't be back. I'm not a heavy drinker. So when I ordered a Crown & Sprite the waiter ask if I wanted a double I reply (No Thanks) just a single. Then I was told that they only do doubles. So unfortunately I didn't get a drink. It seems to me this is promoting over drinking. If I could have gotten a single I very well would have stayed longer and possibly gotten 2 drinks. As well when I when to pay. The table top self pay tip settings automatically goes to the highest dollar amount. So you got to be careful. But the food was good not great but good. JBJ
