Eventhough is live in Dumfries I always go to this DD/BR. They pay attention to my complicated milkshakes &make them perfect everytime. The staff is incredibly nice too &don't act like you're bothering them by ordering &them doing their job like alot of places have been doing lately.
The store is always clean, and I do mean always! Service/employees are also very friendly which is hard to find nowadays....I am sure it's a training thing because i frequent the store often, drive thru, walk in, call asking about what flavors they have in stock before I head over and I've gotten at least 3-4 different employees and they are all very friendly. Oh yeah, the donuts, drinks, n ice cream are great too! Lol Thanks for your hard work especially during pandemic!
