How's this place still in business? My kids got cookies - one was rock hard, couldn't even bite it, the other one so disgusting my child puked immediately. Cream in the eclair tasted like soap. I got several different things and every single one was just terrible. Plus the service is soooo slow.

The wonderful company Chewy, sent me bereavement flowers! Sadly they were routed to bellash florist. Grocery store flower arrangements are much nicer than the bunch of flowers they threw together. I’m assuming they figured a corporation wouldn’t care. I do, and I will be letting Chewy know that they were not serviced well for a wonderful gesture!If you’re in need of flowers head elsewhere.

As the wedding coordinator for our church, I recommended several bakeries to the bride and groom. They chose Bellash Bakery and the results were excellent. The cake was moist, with an excellent cream center layer. The cake was delivered on time and looked lovely. I will continue to recommend this bakery.

Coconut cake has not a hint of coconut. Mango pastry has very mild flavor and unpleasant aftertaste.

Smells like chemicals and their items taste the same. I picked up some pastries for my mom's birthday and when we tried them, I had to spit them out they were so disgusting. My mom actually wanted me to call the store and about it because "something had to be desperately wrong for them to taste that way." I will never go in this shop again. Products seem old and stale and I have no clue what went into that eclair that made it taste like plastic. Don't get tricked! This place is disgusting!

I recommend this place like you have no idea. 100/10. I tried the fruit tartlet which was delicious, its taste, its texture and the combination of fruits has made me want to visit them again. I also tried the New York cheesecake! A flavour that I recommend you to keep in mind. I didn't want to share it with anyone, it was tasty. Just like the rest of the pastries. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owners and the staff was amazing with a helpful heart to make the stay the best. I was happy to have tried their desserts, and hope to get back as soon as possible.

They made my daughters 6 month cake, it was incredibly beautiful!!Dietary restrictions: They made me a fruit tart without kiwi when asked since I’m allergic! We bought a decent amount of items, for $50+tip. We've been here before, we visit anytime we stop in the area (from NJ) We bought 4 cookies, 2 baklava, 8 macarons 2 tartes and a cheesecake mousse dome thingy. While the macaron were amazing. The tartes okay but missin sugar in the crust and the dome was good. The bakalava was soooo dry, chewy and just not traditional at all. Felt weeks old and like it was defrosted. I had to take off half the layers and make my own orange zest juice (like it should have) to soften it up a little.The bigger problem was the cookies. Ive had the before... They claim its been the same recipe but my kids use to eat them. Last night, they gave them back. Snapped em and they could have broke a tooth! I took a bite and tasted like pie crust. And idk what the frosting stuff is... Silly to assume it was sugar cookies and butter cream like a normal bakery. Its possibly 8 cups flour and some milk with cinnamon maybe? For $3/cookie it should have been baked perfection. We went in to ask for a refund but they refused straight up. Saying? "we cant resell them, so you're not getting a refund" ? cool. Out $12 for rock cookies and not even an aplogy or empathy just a write off for their profits. Hope they enjoy the $12 I guess. Attached is the cookie and a video.Such a shame. We *did* like this place. But we will be finding a new bakery to stop at when we come through the area.(For reference the children's ages are 9, 7, 4 and 2. What kid rejects a cookie!? ? )

This is the most beautiful bakery I have ever seen. Every desert looks like it was given love and attention and made so beautifully. Prices seem more than fair. I am from upstate New York where bakeries are common but I have never seen one of this quality in northern Virginia. The staff that I have come across in the two times I've stopped by this week are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this bakery. So far my favorite items were the fruit tarts and crème brûlée.
