Trash. Worst brewery I have been to, our waitresses were about to fight over our table, fries tasted bad the oil needed to be changed and the bun from the burger was wet from grease

First, it’s more than just beer. Both Barachel (our server) and Dyonn (bartender) were great. I don’t always get a friendly vibe in NOVA. Love these too. Attentive, great recommendations and good taste in beer.I got a flight of 8 and let Barachel pick. Good stuff. All had different characteristics and their own personalities. If I lived in the nearby apartments, I’d get the $99 club and be there every night.Food was a very good portion and tasty. Ughhhhh tots were soooo good and thanks for recommending the jalapeño poppers. Wish you had the fried pickles. Next time.If you’re going to Wegman’s or shopping nearby, stop and get some great food, beer and hospitality. Tell them the Boring Old Guy sent you.

The Emperor Has No ClothesMy wife and I were visiting from Las Vegas, which is an entertainment and hospitality town. We have visited microbreweries in over half the states in the nation. It’s rare that I write any reviews for the places we visit- let alone a scathing one- but in this case, I am compelled to write. So much is wrong with this place it’s hard to find where to start. The service was dismal. Our waitress was unable to answer even the most rudimentary questions about the beer menu. In a brewery. Their complete lack of enthusiasm and interest was remarkable. Whatever criteria this place uses to select servers like this is unfathomably awful. I resent that we tipped her, but as industry professionals we absolutely had to.For a microbrewery, the beer selections were intriguing at first glance but cursory at best. Nothing stood out. Nothing worth a repeat experience in a highly competitive sector. Our food order was awful. We ordered $18 nachos. The chips were flat, coarse and dry, unless they were exposed to the cheese product, which seemed to have come from a large plastic jug or multi-gallon can, turning the chips into a soggy, pasty goo. Humans should never eat this. I could not finish the plate and resented how it made my body feel. We also had fish and chips. The fish was tolerable. We had tator tots instead of fries; the tots were lifeless and dry; there’s an entire movement of folks preparing tator tots in a refreshing way across the country, an art that is completely lost on this kitchen. Most infuriating was the live music, Quimbao Latin Band. We were seated at 9:30, when there was no music. After we were seated and had placed our food and drink order, two members from the band entourage extorted $10 each from us for the live music, music we did not come to see, and we were not warned about having to pay for. It felt like extortion from a cartel. The band was ridiculously corny- and not in a good way- and chased us out of the venue. That we had to wait fifteen minutes for our server to close our check while the band was doing its thing was excruciating torture. In retrospect, we should have ran for the door without paying once the band asked us to pay. We had no idea what we were in store for. That we spent well over $100 for an awful experience was maddening and the inspiration for this review. Our bill also had multiple fees added; we are from Vegas and are used to getting ripped off like this, but here, it felt awful. That the place was relatively busy on a Saturday night- and that the band had a following- had me scratching my head. It seems this affluent suburb is starving for any kind of authenticity or cultural experience, and there are no other worthy options for food or entertainment. This venue will never have some sort of charming, historic celebrity review from the next Anthony Bourdain, there’s nothing of any value here, just a sense of being ripped off for inferior, well, everything.Do not go here, you deserve better.

Great environment and people! Stephany the bartender at the time was ever so willing to accept my request for a “Super Spicy Bloody Mary” and she went above and beyond…like went across the street and got extra things to make it beyond. One of the best drinks I’ve ever had! Stop by she won’t disappoint!!!!!

A great lineup of beer that is often updated. Also, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lastly, the food was good. Cheers

Great beer, the sangrias and bloody Mary’s made by the bartender are great. The music, atmosphere and vibe is pretty good also!

I visited Brew Republic this weekend,(tonight) I was told Fridays were a good time, until I walked to the bar, I have say beer and music was great but when u it came to having a mixed drink much confusion, too much going on behind the bar and no knowledge of making cocktails. FYI Not a good look!!!

Definitely recommend this place. Food is great, I got the wings and a burger and I would definitely order that again. The beer is top tier. Must try!

EW. I'd give less than one star if possible to leave a review. Visited here with a friend (very first time, too!) on Saturday. February 17, 2024 after 3 pm. No one greeted us, or made eye contact. A posted sign stated, "Seat Yourself". We did.As we sat down, a couple near us remarked that the service was untenably slow. It was. The place was not crowded, actually pretty empty except for the bar. And the bar was pretty empty too. There were probably three seated/occupied tables, plus the couple next to us. One two top left, one was preparing to go.The bartender did not make eye contact or greet us when we walked in. The server never made eye contact or greeted us either. She was clearing tables near us.The couple next to us went up to the bar and requested menus and gave one to us.We were about ready to leave, when the server approached. The service was horrible; slow, (think slo-mo), with a side order of disinterested attitude, or maybe it was disgruntled? The food was tasteless, not fresh, rather unappealing and unappetizing, bland. The place was dirty. The music was way too loud, so conversation was difficult. The restrooms were filthy and dirty. There was no soap or supplies. Our experience overall was very disappointing.I attempted to let management know about our experience. This was our first time here. No response to date. I expected more. Maybe the other locations are better. Hopefully their brews are tastier than their food and much better than their customer service! With so many great restaurants in the Stonebridge Center, I encourage you to go elsewhere for better food and a better dining experience! Because, why not?!!!Update 2/21/24The "Owner/Owners" responded to my Google review quickly, but not to my earlier phone message. While I appreciate the response, and the quickness, only the service issues were addressed. As an aware consumer, (& foodie) stridently interested in supporting local businesses, the response was absolutely incomplete and rang hollow...my experience was disgusting.Kudos to you, Brew Republic, if my sharing of my experience assists you in making your business better, your service better, your place cleaner, your food fresher! I am glad! We need great local businesses to support in the community. My committment is to the community, so my review stands, but thank you for your response. This was my very first visit here. And last. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Sometimes you get a chance to rectify a first impression.Consumers/DINERS: Brew Republic in my opinion has failed the opportunity of another chance.Don't waste your money, your time, or your energy here.

Went a few days ago & the food was great, got the empanadas and nachos with a beer called “Vanguard”. Chef Fernando came to the table and did a happiness check. Lol, wife tried the burrata salad and loved it.

Hands down best wings I have had.
