Place an order and lady was really rude while I was ordering on the drive Thru and really pushy then when I pay I ask for ketchup, and she said ok. I drove away and realized that she didn't place any ketchup or straws for my drinks.I felt really bad about the service, like I was asking for free meals.Over all I like burger King but I will not go back to this location ever and don't recommend it to anyone else

Lady ringing up the driveway gave me a hard time today for using a coupon. I order exactly what was on the coupon. She refused to use it because I didn’t read out the code. She made it a big deal by calling her coworker and then following the lady that made my order.Customer service isn’t evident here. Food doesn’t taste fresh. Taste like left over items from the prior day.

I don't know what was going on, they were not particularly busy, but behind the counter was bustling, they messed up my side order, fixed it but I failed to notice that they didn't put my dipping sauces in. It was fresh and otherwise well made, they were not paying attention. A little bummed

this is supposed to be a 24 hr location. I came at 3 am and they told me they "closed" their systems and they couldn't not tske my order. I asked how long it would take for their systems to work and they said 45 minutes. she was very rude and If a store is not Supposed to be 24 hrs, they should go ahead and share these expectations with the customer. So unacceptable!!

Was traveling and starving at the same time so my husband stopped at this restaurant. There's plenty of parking, it is handicapped accessible, and there is also a drive-thru. We went through the drive-thru and ordered our food pretty quickly. The food was prepared in short order with we were happy the staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend for a visit.
Sat in the drive through for close to 5 minutes no one said a word on New Years Day. Drove by and a lady was at the 2nd window looking ahead smh!
