My personal favorite Chick-fil-A in town, always a phenomenal
Slightly disappointed on this last visit. Added a bonus meal and used my points and they forgot the main entree ? got the fries, got the drink but I can't be searching a bag for a family of 5. Still, it tastes good ?Parking: Never really had an issue ever getting a spot to be honest.
"I was just here at Chick-fil-A and unfortunately forgot my wallet. Despite having a $100 bill, they refused to accept it as payment. This left me disappointed and inconvenienced, as I had to find an alternative payment method. While I understand the need for security policies, it would have been helpful if they had offered a solution or compromise in such situations."

So on the day of February 27 as I was about to eat my Cobb salad, I found a long half blonde half brown piece of straight hair(I have dark brown curly kinky hair ) due to the fact, I had got the salad near closing time i could not bring them the salad back the same night, so I proceeded to send a complaint through the app and I did and no one contacted me back until I called about it then they told me someone should be contacting me and that THEY WILL GIVE ME A REFUND. So today I got a call from chick fil a and they basically Wanted a picture of the hair in my food, which I did have and was ready to send but they proceeded to tell me that they could only replace it with another Salad due to the fact that I didn’t bring it back that same night and then I proceeded to tell them I do not want another salad, simply cuz I had just found a HAIR IN MY SALAD SO WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER SALAD…. I wanted my refund like I was told I was going to get. The whole situation is irritating and I feel like they should have given me the refund like they said they would simply because I did find a hair in my food and I had gotten 2 salads and didn’t eat either

This was like, the 10th poor, sorry trip for me to this particular Chic-Fil-A, so I simply had to leave a poor rating and review. This is without a doubt the absolute worst Chic-Fil-A in all of Northern Virginia! On a consistent basis, these people get my order wrong, they screw up the app and the rewards, put pickles on sandwiches that I specifically tell them I don't want. And then, when I do get the sandwich, part of the breast is over here, lettuce and tomato falling in other parts of the box. Also, when you ask for "a lot" of mayonnaise, because Chic-Fil-A mayonnaise IS great with their waffle fries, they give you like two. And when you ask for more, they give you one. This place is a complete joke! COMPLETE JOKE! So, yesterday they screw up my order again, only give me two packets of mayonnaise. I had to park my car because I went through the drive-thru just to go in and ask for more mayonnaise. Then I only got two. I will never, NEVER go to this Chic-Fil-A again. Do yourself a favor, go to a different one. The prices of this $hit are way too astronomical for these people getting your order wrong. About the only thing they can do right is get your drinks correct. I just wish I could leave either zero stars or negative ones.
