Service was beyond exceptional. Waiter (Michael) was very attentive. Food was served faster than I expected, which was great. I ask Michael for extra onions, (I'm a country gal) he brought me some on the side. I ordered the Old Classic burger, my husband had the Mushroom burger. Yeah, neither of us had anything left. Marvelous in the dining event. It’s pretty impressive during public cooperation service. Performance is normal in common the environment got great effort in their association. This restaurant is one of the advantages popular places in the city’s commitment.
Ate here tonight and was disappointed. Our appetizer didn’t come out til after the entrees and that was because they forgot about. We were supposed to get queso and they brought chili to dip the chips in. The server was overwhelmed with too many customers which is a normal thing at this location. The wife’s margarita had way too much ice too. Probably won’t be back any time soon and I wouldn’t recommend.
Bad customer service! I went there at 7, they closed at 10 and the host told me that I can't go to the bar because they are about to close! Really?

There was maybe 5 tables with people and 3/4 people at the bar and was told we couldn't be seated for 20 mins. We also couldn't sit at the bar because "the tab wouldn't transfer" to which we said we'd pay out and tip the bartender, and they said no!

I am leaving a 1 star review solely based on food quality. 4 of us ordered chicken and we all agreed something was wrong with it. Extremely “mushy/rubbery” almost like it wasnt cooked entirely. I am not one to complain about food and I usually will just eat whatever but this, I could not eat. Then one of the managers (Dimitri) had an attitude saying there was nothing wrong with the chicken and did not want to offer any type of compensation. Again I dont try to get free stuff. We literally could not eat our meals. After we got our bill our very kind Waitress came out and I just asked about a possible discount. She instantly started crying because of how this Dimitri manager guy acts and treats people. We felt terrible. Her service was perfectly fine and she did a great job. The only issue we had was with the Chicken we ordered. Fortunately enough there was another manager on duty that night and she was extremely helpful. Hopefully this was just a one time deal. A table across from us had the same issue with their chicken as well. All of the staff other than Dimitri was great. But Dimitri in a manager position should care more about the employees he has under him and the customers he is helping to serve. Instead he has an awful attitude and must be bad enough to have his serving staff afraid of him. What a poor example this man is to what good management should be. Hopefully something gets done about his poor performance.

It took us forever to get seated and they werent even busy. Drinks are pricey compared to Applebee's. We went to Texas roadhouse prior to coming in here and left Texas roadhouse because they were too packed. I'd rather wait there than come here again and pay for overpriced drinks and food without bread. They also restricted us from ordering another alcoholic drink after our 4th drink.
