Very bad customer service! It was 2 hrs before closing and their minds were elsewhere but there. It wasn’t very busy and had people waiting on chips let alone online orders. When I asked for my order more than 3 times they did not put an effort to find it just went back and forth. The purpose of online ordering should be effortless quick and efficient but at this location it was the complete opposite. I placed the order at 8:45 and didn’t get it until 45 minutes later and without my drink. That’s ridiculous considering it was an online order.

Older lady is really bad at customer service, manager cannot get her in line and fears her. Online orders almost always wrong. Slow service.No spoon.. No hot sauce. No knives. Always have to ask for it.I sent HQ feedback, unacceptable service. Needs better management. My fsmily loves the food, but these guys are making us hate it- at least at this location.

Went to pick up my online order & was annoyed by the fact that the cashier basically ignored me and 4 other people waiting for their pickups. The whole line got rung up before I received my order and the whole point of ordering online is to skip the wait. I miss when they would just place the orders on the shelf, this has happened to me multiple times now at this location.

I ordered online two burrito bowls at this restaurant, when my bf came to grabbed it they didn’t make any of them.They didn’t have what we ordered and paid for, instead they messed up the orders changing the sides we asked for, forgetting about don’t include vegetables and also they put A LOT of spicy sauces that I completely HATE.If you’re going to order Chipotle, choose another store. This one definitely don’t work!

My order was carryout today, 12/29 around 430pm. I would just like to praise the staff on not only excellent customer service, but how I saw them work so well as a team. I had a specific order and multiple items and they were very patient, efficient, and friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My family enjoyed and will definitely use this location in the future. Great job!

Consistently messing up orders. I think they confuse the tomatoes with the tomatillo red sauce. Go to the Liberia Ave location instead.Update: 40% of our orders are wrong from this location. I only go here out of convenience since it is on my way home. 2 bowls and 1 taco all with guacamole, all charged for the extra guacamole, NONE had said guacamole. Do NOT order online, stand in the 40 minute line and make sure your food is done right the first time.I really hope this gets to someone that works there so change can be made. I don't want a refund I want my food how I paid for it.
