Dude the staff is retarded. Literally had everyone waiting an hour for a pizza. I took my refund and left but the attitude of the employees took the cake. They look miserable and I get it but how bad they suck stacked onto this, makes this place avoidable at all costs

This is by far the worst Costco food court I've been to! Chaotic, disorganized, aloof staff. Had to wait 15 minutes behind only 3 other clients to order one slice of pizza, which was cold and stale.

Last three times I’ve tried to order a pizza:
1. Sorry, we are not taking pizza orders (this was 2 hrs before closing.
2. 1hr wait for a pizza carryout
3. On hold for 10 mins, then informed of 45 mins wait for a pizza carryout.
Food is one of the services that are included as part of the membership. Seems like you are unable to provide that service to customers in a timely manner. It’s time to add employees and for management to pay more attention.

First and last time coming here worst service ever! Never back here again with the disrespect I received today just NOW. Lady behind the counter called my number and wasn't even in the front to hand me my pizza yet she was still boxing it so I walked to the counter with my phone in my hand and than she got to the counter and asked me for my receipt so keep in mind I didn't not know I had to bring my receipt and I only had my phone I turned around to get my receipt and all I hear her saying is "ALWAYS ON THE PHONE" and she continued to keep saying the same thing once I received my pizza I thought that was very rude and she shouldn't be worrying about what I'm doing I heard you the first time I just forgot my receipt did not have to get a rude comment from her like that.

Visited the optical center for the first time today to order a new pair of glasses for my 4 year old. I'm not familiar with glasses at all,so they really helped me out. Patient, fast, and kind to my unruly child. The prices are excellent. Thank you so much!!
