This is such a fun bake shop with plenty of seating inside so you can snag your sweets and eat em right when you get em! They have coffee options and bottled water plus the cake pops and sugar cookies are so good!

I was hoping I just hit it on a bad day. I wanted it to be good. I wanted to support a small local business. But... the cupcakes ended up in the garbage. The cake was dry and tasted stale - like it had been around several days before selling it. The frosting was buttercream - which I normally love. But, it tasted like they forgot a few ingredients because it literally tasted like eating a stick of butter. I reached out to follow up and they insisted they were baked fresh daily and did not seem to care about my feedback. I had purchased these for my son's milestone birthday. It was supposed to be special. Instead, it felt like an April Fool's joke. He didn't finish it. We got 6 different flavors - we each tried two. All four of those ended up in the garbage after a few bites. The other two just went directly in the trash. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. To say we will never go back is an easy decision. I hesitated to share this review but felt it would be a disservice to future customers to not share our experience. I'm still hoping it was an off day but they did not offer an opportunity for us to bring them back or try to encourage us to try again so that leads me to think that they did not value our opinion or our business. So... I wish them well but needed to share our experience. It was very upsetting to have what should have been a special treat turn out to be trash ... literally inedible. I also got a Smores cake pop that looked good but also tasted ... well... disappointing... to put it mildly.

I picked up a dozen assorted cupcakes, nine cake pops, and six chocolate-dipped Oreos for my daughter’s 17th birthday. Everything about their products is sublime. The cupcake flavors are subtle yet decadent. The shop itself is immaculately clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices were more than reasonable for a specialty bakery like theirs. I will return often.

The shop is cute and has quirky decor and the staff was really nice. But there were only 2 cupcakes on display. The young lady working there pulled the rest of the flavors I ordered from the back. They were very dry, especially the peanut butter- I had to throw it away… I couldn’t even finish it. The cake pops had a strange taste - maybe they were old? But also threw one out. Otherwise decent but need to work on their recipe

Cravings Cupcakery was the only bakery that we would trust with my mom’s 70th birthday cake! The cake was absolutely GORGEOUS and couldn’t have been more delicious! Everyone at the party was blown away and said that they hadn’t even seen a wedding cake that beautiful! They somehow created something better than I could have imagined. This will be by go-to bakery for special occasions

The shop is cute but the cupcakes are not good. I picked up a French toast cupcake and a Snickers cupcake for my husband and I to share for a Mardi Gras treat. I cut each in half and they had syrup in the bottom, which I thought was just something for the French Toast but there was syrup in the bottom of the chocolate as well. The chocolate cake didn't taste like anything and the syrup in the bottom was gross. The French toast had ok flavor but both cupcakes were SO SWEET. I got a stomach ache a few minutes later from all the sugar. My husband didn't because he didn't even finish his. The buttercream is actually pretty good but the cake itself is not. I'm guessing that they put syrup on the cakes because of all the reviews saying that they are dry, but syrup doesn't make bad cake good cake. I wish I had checked the reviews before going there because I probably wouldn't have. A grocery store donut would've been better.

I've never been so disappointed in a bakery like this I used to go their with my friends because their cupcakes were so good and so I decided to order a cake for my brothers birthday, I ordered the cake 3weeks ahead(nov 14th) and I was going to pick up (dec 4th) I did the order in person was their awhile and asking what flavors can go best, they seem kind and helpful. December 4th comes up and I call at at 10:56am to ask when I can pick up the cake since I had forgotten( I didn't know if it was 11am or 12pm) no one answers so I called again and again and I just left a voicemail to call me and let me know. I let another hour to past this time it was 12pm and just went down to the bakery and when I got there it was closed(12:30pm) and I worried because I needed my cake and I called several time and I even sent an email. I went back to my car and I had seen someone moving so I went back and just waited for them to open at this point I was upset because they knew I was outside and ( they didn't even answer their phone knowing I was outside) couldn't even open the door so I just started to knock because I just needed my cake and I was looking like a crazy person waiting outside the door and knocking. I had already seen a men on the back and stand there for more then 30mins, then went back to my car because it was getting cold and then I seen the man unlocking the door at 1:10pm, so that when I went in no one was in front but then a girl came up front and I told her" I came to pick up a cake order" she proceeded to tell me that the owner that makes the cake had an emergency and she couldn't make it and that she would send me an email about it. I was very upset and just wanted to cry because one I had no cake two I had left my brother without a cake that I paid in full since I had order it 3weeks ahead, I told her kindly that I wanted my money back and she proceeded to tell me I'll give her a call, like (I paid you to do absolutely nothing) I told the front girl "I understand emergency happened but you don't leave your customers on read and solve the problem by themselves", mind you they open at 9:30am they could've gave me a call at 9:30am past and let me know they can't do my cake instead they abuse my time and didn't let me know, after that I was rushing to some bakery's if they do a cake for me, in every voicemail and every email I had put my phone number in to call me, text me if anything happened , sincerely I was too nice and didn't argue with them or told them a lot of things like a upset customer would never going to recommend this place and never coming back to this place. Especially for the men owner that didn't want to give its face and let me know what was going on. Was hoping for him to just let me know they forgot my cake and couldn't make it and that they can give my money back Instead they made me wait and I had to ask to give my money back! Was really excited about this cake was a kind gesture for my brother but they really ruined my day, my time and patience. DON'T recommend! Doesn't even deserve one star I give it ZERO STARS(0) Below I will show proof of all the calls I made emails I made and when I send the picture for reference.

I was in need of a cake for a special occasion and someone recommended I check out this bakery. I NEVER order a cake without getting cupcakes first to sample the flavors I'm potentially interested in ordering. I ordered a strawberry cupcake, chocolate cupcake, funfetti cupcake, and an oreo cupcake. The service was pleasant and the ambiance was inviting. Visually the cupcakes look very appetizing BUT these were honestly the WORST cupcakes I have ever tasted. I have had really horrible cupcakes but these take the cake ( pun intended). The strawberry cupcake was dark pink but NO strawberry flavor (despite the filling, icing, and strawberry syrup it was bland) and was dry beyond description. I have to say that the funfetti and oreo cupcake followed suit being dry and virtually flavorless. These cupcakes were so dry that I couldn't eat more than the one bite I had of each. I honestly didn't even want to eat that. The oreo cupcake was so dry/stale it was like I had to saw a piece off with my spoon because it kept folding inward. I have NEVER had to do that before. The best thing this batch of 4 cupcakes had going was the chocolate cupcake. The chocolate cupcake was moist and flavorful and the icing was a nice compliment. However, 1 out of 4 is horrible odds for anything much less cupcakes. I can't stand nasty, dry, and flavorless cake. I threw them away. Box mix cupcakes would've been 100 times better and I could've gotten a couple of boxes for the price I paid for 3 of those nasty cupcake. How exactly does one make nasty/dry cupcakes?! ? Hard pass on this "bakery"!

I stumbled across this bakery as I was leaving a spa in the same area. The service Kate gave was impeccable. She was patient, kind, helpful and so positive!!! The espresso gelato was amazing! The banana pudding cupcake was sublime. The cake pop varieties available were plentiful. I purchased the key lime and pink champagne. So happy to have run across this gem. All treats were moist and tasty. The establishment was clean and the vibe was wonderful!! Very impressed!!

Amazing cupcakes! Ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my gender reveal party and they were a huge hit. We didn’t have any left! The colors were perfect, great size, delicious, order was ready on time and the owner was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Run far from this bakery if you are looking for any special occasion.

Cravings Cupcakery absolutely ruined my peace of mind this past Saturday for my sons first birthday by not having our PAID FOR order ready. I tried to rally but was truly devastated. They apologized to my husband (who went to pick up the cupcakes and smash cake we talked about, ordered, and paid for on the way to my sons party) and said they would deliver the cupcakes in 30 to us. TWO HOURS LATER..in came a laughable mixmatch of cupcakes- Some were funfetti, some were vanilla, some tasted like cinnamon, other people said they tasted coconut. Luckily, none of the kiddos who ate some were allergic to any of the random assortment ..non of which we agreed on.*THE ICING ON THE CAKE* (pun intended) was when we finally cut open this massive “smash cake” they brought to us, there was a giant roll of PLASTIC inside it. I almost don’t even have words for this. Like..What if I let my one year go to town on the cake and one of them choked on the plastic? Or cut it open at the party? Not to mention it’s disgusting and a total slap in the face on top of everything. Finally, get this, no call of apology was ever made. Just a late night email saying they would take 100.00 off my order..implying that I was going to pay them ANYTHING after this nightmare!I made a few posts on my social media to make others AWARE because, duh, if you get good customer service you tell a few people but bad service you tell the world! And SO many people chimed in! Late orders, wrong orders, MOLDY CAKE POPS! How are they still in business? My dad (now retired) was the director of health and safety for a major organization. He’ll be making a few calls to some health inspectors to check them out. Buyers beware!
