Regretfully I visited this dairy queen for two oreo blizzards and fries with popcorn shrimp. The lady employee did not turn the blizzards upside down before serving them to me. I noticed the advertisement sign near the menu that clearly states you get a free blizzard if they do not turn a blizzard upside down and I mentioned that to her very kindly that she did not turn them upside down. She first agreed to make another blizzard but changed her mind and refused after forcing us to wait. The advertisement sign is dishonestly false and misleading. I took a picture of the sign that promised the appropriate customer service concerning the blizzard that I did not receive. I received no blizzard but she acted extremely hateful and unprofessional instead. I noticed she also behaved inappropriate towards other customers waiting in line. The fries they sold me were wet and soggy like microwaved older fries that were discolored and appeared moldy and tasted horrible. I had to throw them out. The popcorn shrimp was nearly fifteen dollars expensive and they only give you a very small cup of them which I took another picture to show the cup size next to blizzard cups. None of the food was properly warm but was instead cold room temperature. Nasty food and rude customer service is all I got from this place and lost a good amount of money on low quality food. I wish I had gone anywhere else to eat. That dairy queen was a nightmare. The counters and tables and floors also appeared visually unclean to me. They should be checked by county health professionals in my opinion. I would not recommend this dairy queen to anyone

We went for lunch there when I got my Sundae it barely had fudge so I asked if I could have a little more I was told that I had to pay extra for that I took pictures of it and all my friends said to contact you on here I didn't get a receipt paid cash so I paid 1$ extra for a little bit of hot Fudge we always been going there but guess it's time to find another place.We were the only customers eating in there was only 1 other person coming in to pick something up and the milk deliveryCant recommend that place. I did take pictures.

I witnessed one of the worker’s drop all the red spoons on the floor and instead of tossing them in the trash she sent one of the other workers to the back to supposedly wash them…word of advice use the to go spoons that are wrapped in plastic.

The food is usually pretty decent, they will definitely forget items for your order though so you have to definitely check very closely. It’s also annoying to have to pay for a second ranch. Two chicken strip baskets and one ranch come on guys give me a break
Ordered food through the app, which we've done before without problems. This time, my husband came home with our order and didn't have the drink that came with my combo. Ok, no big deal. Then my son and I opened our chicken strip baskets and they didn't give us the gravy that we ordered. So we ended up eating our meal plain. So disappointed with our meal! I struggled with even wanting to place this order because it's so expensive now but at least give me everything we ordered!

There's a new manager there by the name of "Heather" or something like that. She's very rude and not pleasant. My children and I greated her with a smile and a hello and she stared at us and said nothing. I ordered 4 items and she said there would be extra charges to make the shakes thick. She didn't smile, she didn't say thank you and she acted as if we were bothering her. I will never go back there as long as she's there but I did hear that she's dating the owner and that's how she got the job there. Shame on you mgr Heather, you need to be taught some etiquette, manners and to hide your racism like the rest of them.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me the kitchen is closed and they didn't have food at 3:30pm on a weekday. Big waste of time and terrible customer service !!

Heather the mgr was rude, not friendly and she's dating the owner so now I understand why she thinks she can get away with it. I will never go back there as long as her racist presence is there. I will tell all my friends and their friends until she's gone.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to DQ but growing up it was the go to place for soft serve ice cream.Still the best soft serve ice cream around! May splurge & get the banana split next time!Lots of frozen treat choices these days but DQ has the very best chocolate (my favorite) flavor.Recommend take out. It’s a bit rundown on the inside.
