Terrible management. Placed an order online. Had them cancelled it and tell me the address wasn’t a real address after waiting a hour. Then they refused to give me any information for a district manager or corporate office number to file a complaint. Then I was hung up on. No worries I can file easily with the BBB ?‍♂️ Nobody out pizzas the Hut ?

Terrible service. Took over 1 hour and 30 min to get my pizza. WHY would I pay for delivery if it takes that long. The rep said there’s only 2 ppl working, well that’s 4 hands. Shouldn’t take this long.

After 13 years of ordering from this place, this is the first time I encountered and witnessed discrimination. The manager there was so mean to the foreign customers and all of her staff members, snapping her fingers at them and talking down to them. I saw one particular interaction which was interestingly different with a Caucasian lady customer who received the best customer service and even got free garlic dip with a good bye and thank you for your patience. The other customers 2 or 3 customers canceled their order in front of me. As I was waiting I asked to get a clean cut. After 45 min of waiting I get handed a pizza that was clearly not clean cut since I witnessed all the pizzas being cut. The manager was rude about the whole thing and asked me to find a new dominos to order from and that I was not welcomed to her store and that she was the boss and could do whatever she wants. I highly doubt I’ll going back.

My order never arrived. The manager said that they couldn’t refund my credit card (not sure why?) So, instead, I was given a credit to resolve the issue and told to mention it next time I ordered. Went to order today and guess what?……no record of the credit. This place legit just stole from me.

The whole family received food poisoning!!!Receiving a coupon in the email for pizza I ordered a few pizzas ? Myself, my son & the dog had explosive diarrhea for 3 days now. It was so horrible me and him have Had to do several loads of laundry. My dog had to be taken to the vets emergency room.I personally feel like my a$$ is on fire ? like it's hard to sit down. It was pepperoni and cheese pizzas, cheesy bread, cinnamon bread.Definitely was the pizza though because that is all the dog got into when no one was looking.This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I will never be placing an order here again. This is one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've ever experienced, my son's first case ever, along with the dog!!!

Even though it’s POINTLESS but still taking a moment to express and describe the interaction I had in this place recently this lady which apparently you will see the name all over the reviews below (Isabella ) who prepare my order and served me at the counter had an unethical and unprofessional attitude and body language which concern me a lot about her mental status and feel so sorry for her colleagues and family that has to put up with her all life long . She needs help and gov does offer help she needs to be checked in at a behavioral health facility that are gov funded will be glad to recommend some to her if it’s needed with no expectation in return . Dominos it’s a shame just a shame to have such as poor service and employee as lead in such nice neighborhood and not let it unsaid the poor quality of food is just topped my experience off .Place the order got at estimated pick up 20-30 which is fine got there on suggested time that is when she start prepping the pizza and told me will be another 20-25 minutes before it’s done with and ugly attitude uglier that she was lol .Then demanded some paper plates got a straight NO we don’t have it with no concern or apology . Asked if they run out it or don’t carry it anymore replied got replied don’t have it with more uglier attitude just a shame dominos

We order from this location typically 2-3 times a month. (Don't judge...I refuse to count carbs on Fridays.) Customer Service here is great. Drivers are always friendly. Case in point on going above and beyond: We got a free pizza without ever asking for it, but where one was due.2 weeks ago we ordered pizza on a bad weather night (carbs don't count in bad weather either). Normally it's about 30-40 min to get our pizza. After 45 min of app still not showing pizza in oven we called - guy answering sounded really stressed and he asked us to hold aaaand didn't come back. We hung up and decided to wait it out a bit longer. Carbs are worth it. Finally around 55 minutes the progress bar started moving. Got our pizza roughly 90 min after ordering. The delivery driver explained 2 people didn't show up to work.Hey things happen right? We never complained. And btw it was seriously one of the best pizzas we had there. I checked my email later and there was an apology for the time it took to fill the order and a credit for a free pizza. (Hand tossed pizza is consistently good. Thin crust can be hit and miss. Must be something about the oven.)

I selected the curbside delivery. Pulled right up to the front of the store and through the window watched the employees goof around and not bring the order out. I waited several minutes. When it was obvious that they had no interest in doing their jobs, I walked in to pick up my delivery.My toppings were burned. Charcoaled. I will not be returning to this store. I'll try another local one and see if there Gen Z employees actually want to do their jobs they're paid for doing.
