If I could do a zero I would I order 2 pizzas at 8:55 and didn’t receive it until 10:15. By far the worst service ever when it comes to order pizza.To whom ever is running the circus please stop and just find a new job. And not only will you not answer your phone you are not handle the actual matter as a person should again find a new job.

Yersterday, I placed a order of two medium pizzas and this is what they give me. We love dominos but, this is not fair!!

Horrible experience that killed my love for dominoes. I placed a order of two large pizza’s, alfredo pasta bowl, and stuffed cheesy bread. It took nearly 30-50 minutes to get a dasher assigned to the order after it left the oven. it took 2 hours for the food to be delivered fromwhen it was supposed to be. When it said delivered’ my ordered wasn’t even there until five minutes later. The pasta was under cook, the pizzas were cold, and the stuffed bread was incorrect. Dominoes use to be my favorite place by no more after this. So-long, Dominoes. do better

I ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bread bites and when I got the food my bread bites were burnt to a crisp and had a lemon taste to it and my pizzas had little to no sauce and they wasn’t cut properly and on top of that the person at the front counter threw my change on the counter while I had my hand out.

This is a takeout joint so no atmosphere to speak of.It's Domino's, good for quick cheap pizza. I don't usually order delivery so I haven't experienced delivery but carry out is usually just what I expect.

Desmond working here at 1/6 lied about carryout hours when we put order in at 12:42am. Said driver was out on an order 30 minutes, so asked if we could drive to pickup since we're 5 minutes away. He said they lock the doors for inside at 12am. We have had a late night order before and service was amazing. Where they stayed late to correct my order and were given a large tip for even deciding to help us. Had the misfortune of Desmond working there tonight and lying to us. I knew something was off since I remember we've ordered late before, but i still double and triple cheecked their delivery and carryout hours. And for this location its 1am. I do not appreciate the blatant dishonesty. Submitted complaint to corporate just now.

Wanted to share my experience at this store as a customer. I have been coming to this store since February. At this time I met the General Manager that was in charge name Caleb. Very respectful and very caring for his customers. I came in tonight and asked to speak with him because I only order if he is there because the food tastes good and he makes sure my order is complete. Come to find out the manager on duty said Caleb was let go and no longer with the company . This is very sad to hear seeing how much work he had done in this this time frame .. Being there tonight the atmosphere is completely different and service is terrible. I have never been told that either I can wait for my food a little bit longer or leave the store. This store has lost a Customer. Very sad to see that corporate only cares about money and not the satisfactory of there Customer.

Order pizza for a birthday party. Got a call last minute that they will not service my area. I ordered through their app and they pointed me to their location.Instead of apologizing, she simply said we will not deliver and they are only 4 miles away.

0/5 stars don’t order food from here. food was not good, waited for 20 mins on app it said it was delivered had to wait 10 mins more and then i called the store i was on hold for more than 10 mins and they said that the driver was coming in 10 mins. delivery lady came and didn’t gave us one of the items we order, had to called again and the person who answered said they were going to send someone to deliver it. i live less than 5 mins from the store that’s why i waited. again i waited for another 25 mins and finally called the store because the food was not here yet. i told them i wasn’t happy with my order and all they could do is refunded me for the cheese sticks not the whole order i did. bad customer service i will not order from here.

**UPDATE**called back after 5 to speak to the GM Caleb (he answered the phone). He listened attentively and seemed genuinely concerned and disappointed to hear about our experience. He Immediately refunded our order and asked if he could personally remake our order and deliver it. Which I agreed too. He was friendly, customer oriented and made it right.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Did an order for pickup got it home and my daughter took a bite and hair was in the food. She immediately spit out the food and then threw up. Not to mention the garlic bites were under cooked. The Entire order is now in the trash. Called asked to speak To a manager the young lady said she was a manager. I told her what happened and she put me on hold. Then somebody else got on the phone. No idea who it was asking, can I help you? I started it to explain and he cut me off. Now he is the manager. He said the most he could do was remake my pizzas, I asked about the entire order and could it be delivered. Because I had no intention on driving all the way back to dominos. He said No. I asked If the order could be refunded. Because I was not driving back to Domino's. And he said no, he couldn't do that. So I asked three times for a person that could do that. He said the general manager would be in after 5 I asked his name. He told me Caleb. I asked for last name and he told me I didn't need it. I asked for a last name again. He was quiet and then he said he doesn't have one. I asked for his name and could not tell if he said bryan or ryan. I asked if it was with a B like ball or R like roll. And he kept saying the same thing. I finally had to tell him if I could understand what he was saying. I wouldn't be asking the question the way that I was. Informed him I would call back in and out.1
