Quentin was at the register and he was so patient while he took my son's order. William was so attentive and 2 steps ahead of us with our to-go order. The food was great and they have military discount.I gave 3 stars because right as the lady was bagging our food (it was packed up, she just needed to call our name), the register went down and she had to go fix it. The next guy to prepare the orders just looked at it and prepared the orders after ours. He finally checked our bag but my son was already walking up to the window to point it out to him. They also didn't have any wings available at 2pm on a Saturday.

As soon as we arrived, it was bad. The menu is such a small font that it's hard to read. Half of the tvs were off, and the guy at the counter murmured so much none of us could understand him. Then after we got our food, we went to get our drink. They have 2 of those fancy Coca-Cola machines, but there were only about 3 options each, all of them being diet or zero sugar. Also, there wore no napkins, just rolls of paper towels at about 2/3 of the tables

I've been living in Woodbridge for a couple years now and I finally decided to go get a burger from this location. I used to love fuddruckers as a kid so I was so excited to try it again after many years. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Service- trash. Lady at the front was super rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. That was it happened to be colder inside than outside. That day it was outside it was 50 degrees... it was freezing couldn't even enjoy the burger or take my coat off. Both soda machine only had 3 options, all being sodas and guess what?! They were flat. Flatter than my grandmas behind. Food was okay. One thing that made fuddruckers so good was their buttery toasted bread, very disappointing to see that the changes that out to what looked like dollar store bread, soggy and sour taste. Overall very disappointed.

Store sign say they close at 8pm, web site say they close at 8pm. Door was locked at 7:22pm. Customer still inside, customers turned away. Unacceptable

This place should be shut down. We paid $32 for 2 1/3 pound burgers with fries and a drink. The sign above the kitchen says 100% fresh. Sorry, those burgers were frozen and not even 1/3 pound. The grilled onions we paid extra for were way to large and were completely inedible as they weren't grilled properly. The seats on most of the booths were torn and dirty. The whole restaurant was dirty and dingy. The staff really didn't pay any attention to their customers. Condiments were in little packets. Had to ask to have the table cleaned. Drink machine broken. Asked if another one of the 12 televisions they have could be turned onto the game today and was told no, there was only the one that worked. We maybe took 2-3 bites out of the burgers and decided that they were inedible. Left the bulk of our meals on the table. Definitely won't be back.

Aweful—the quality of the meat is gone! Not fresh at all. The restaurant was freezing, only had can soda and sweet tea-not going back ever! Stay far away.

Every burger I ordered was missing items. The nacho cheese tasted like burnt plastic. Soda fountain machine wasn’t working and they were handing out canned sodas. One worker was in the kitchen eating an orange by the pick up area. Cashier was coughing a lot and did not wash her hands after coughing. Fuddruckers, please get it together.

Imma be straight up honest with you guys, this place is so damn good the food is bussin, the fries bussin but the only problem I have is the soda machine. It hasn't been working for a while and it wasn't like it used to be but overall I love the people there and the employees are all sweet. Best time to eat here is definitely afternoon, it's way more empty and peaceful the vibe is a W. Hopefully they fix the machine sooner or later though, it kinda annoys me.

This restaurant is in its death throws. It's 4:00 on a Sunday. They have 10 screens and not a one of them's working. Well one is and the manager is watching the football games.Hamburger was okay but nothing not ride home about.

I am very concerned this place is going to go out of business because of a cheap owner. This used to be our absolute favorite burger place to go because burgers were as good as five guys but the place was so much more, sports bar atmosphere, can customize your burgers, tons of soda selections etc. Now, it sucks, over the last year this place has been on a steady decline and I don't see it making enough revenue to continue unless things turn around.Today, after complaining to corporate last time that they are handing out bottled cokes instead of having their expensive machines with oodles of soda selections running, they had a few, two machines, one with no actual bubbles in the soda so, YUCK. No silverware, or even plastic ware out, slow even though there were exactly two other customers present, ALL the TVs were off. When we asked them to turn on the Sunday games the manager informed us the owner had turned off the cable service. Oh, and the advertised "hand breaded onion rings" that my wife loves, are not. Straight out of a frozen box now and no where near as good as the actual hand breaded rings of over a year ago.Fuddruckers is an experience not just the delicious burgers, but this place reeks of decline. Sad to see. :( I would blame it on poor management but I believe there is a cheap owner hiding in the shadows.

The burgers and onion rings were great! Service was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why the sports weren't up on the screens, but none of them had anything but screen savers on.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. I hadn't gone in about a year. Food is good but the facility definitely needs improvement. Usually I get food to-go but decided to sit and eat. The place looks so run down. Majority of booth seats were ripped. One TV on but nothing playing. No music. On way out, the fenced area gate is broken and about to fall off. Place just looked very sad. The prices have increased. 2 burger combos was $33. The menus are hard to see and understand the pricing. IF I return will only do carry out. It looks like its about to shutdown. Fuddruckers ain't what it used to be.

They no longer make their hand battered opinion rings, they were the best. The new onion rings are standard. The worker was pleasant when he took our order but went to the back, in the kitchen to be on his phone. The fixings bar was ample UT not adequate stock of salt, pepper and flatware.

They didn't have gluten free buns besides saying they did on the menu and online, their drinking machine didn't work at all so they gave out little cans of diet coke, their milkshake machine didn't work but the biggest offense of all was those patties were definitely frozen and thin. Offered a lettuce wrap instead, I said yes and they put a burger patty on top of a pile of salad mix. Added cheese on my burger when I ordered no cheese. Didn't have any of the normal sauces available. Overall, it was very disappointing and not worth the cost.
