The employees here are very nice, especially the front desk lady. It is obvious that english isnt their first language, but I think since it is a chinese restaurant, it’s understandable. Wait time here is reasonable, I ordered the shrimp with snow peas, vegetable fried rice and got my food within 5-10 minutes. Absolutely recommend and would come back again!

I ordered physically at the restaurant and sat down. It took about 5mins to make. The kind lady at the cashier did verify that I wanted the General Tsos Chicken by pointing at it on the menu. English may not be her first language, but I appreciate her by going out of her way to verify want I meant! She was very sweet!

Their food is so fresh and good with nice service. don't understand why it only has 3 stars. I ordered the lunch special it was too much for me to eat so I saved it until the next day and guess what? It was still fresh. Of course I got the white rice. This is my new favorite place!! Love the hot and sour soup!!

Well, the food taste good but you will be really lucky if you get what you want. All personnel here doesn't speak any other language than Chinese, how crazy is that? You can't ask any question like: is this plate brings mushrooms? Can I have rice instead of nuddles? Absolutely nothing. She keeps pointing the printed menu having no clue what I was talking about. Jeeez!! I even tried the Google translator App and finally I were able to communicate a little with them. But seriously, you run a business in the USA without speaking the basic English!? Come on man!

Horrible experience do NOT recommend buying from this restaurant considering there's many chinese food places in the area. I ordered for delivery and it came and hour after the max delivery time. I waited for a couple minutes in case of a set back, but not luck. I contacted the restaurant to see what had happened to my food and at first someone answered and said her manager will call me back. No luck. I called back and they started speaking to me in a different language. I asked to speak to someone in english or a manager,but not luck. They hung up the phone so I called back. No answer for a while. I finally got an answer with someone who only gave me attitude and refuse to let me speak to a manager. I am very irritated. The food isn't good its cold and I wasted my time and my hard earned money. I don't recommend buying from this restaurant its not worth the time and stress they make you go through. If anything I hope someone from management contacts me to refund my money. I had no luck doing so today.

It's crazy how every time there's something new going on they can never get my order right if I go in store the lady doesn't know what I'm talking about it's ridiculous I call over the phone she telling me that she can't do that. it has to be an extra charge when I always get the same way
