Been going there for 15yr . I moved from Fredericksburg but when I'm back in town it's my go to stop. Manager Mike is the best, great service and a professional staff.
The food was good but could use a little refurbishment on some things.

The worst decision I made for dinner it was to order hooters, had high hopes and expectations but the wings was really awful,They didn't follow directions on the wings, they were very soggy and uncooked and not crispy how I ordered, I will never order again from this place, the first and last time I order from here, I rather order from crimson coward they really cook the chicken good and crispy you can go wrong with them, they definitely have better quality, hooters wing quality is really bad, didn't taste fresh or anything, my mistake was ordering so many wings that is ending up in the garbage because no one will eat it, what a waste of dinner and money, now we will make sandwich for dinner that will be better than what I pay.... hooters you need to do better but unfortunately you lost a customer and will never recommend anyone to eat here, who ever ask me I will say no no don't waste your money or time. If you want good chicken buy from crimson coward....

I hadn't been to a Hooters in maybe 4 years due to the decline in service and food quality. I used to be a big fan of their food. I was in the area yesterday and was craving some buffalo wings. I ended up ordering the buffalo sampler and a grill cheese sandwich. The sandwich was certainly garbage. Absolute embarrassing. They used to have a great grill cheese but this was something different like a 4 year old made it with the lowest quality everything. The buffalo sampler seemed like a buffalo soup. All the breading was soggy because it had been sitting in a massive pool of sauce. Sauce wasn't bad but clearly didn't need the have that much. I don't finish the bone in wings because they were ere not fully cooked and were rubbery. My stomach seems to be feeling that. The service wasn't bad. My waitress was responsive and everything came out timely.

I am a veteran and I called this location, ro see if I could do a order online and still get my free 10 wings. I would had ordered between 80 to 100 dollars. The only reason I wanted to do it this way, was because I'm recovering from strep throat and still have pneumonia. The manager was told this, and told me I still have to come in to dine in to get the free 10 wings. So, instead of ordering about 100 dollars of food for me and my family I know have to go inside and sit down buy a beverage, wich I will, get my Free 10 piece wings and leave, and I pray I don't get alot of people sick. But even after telling the manager I was contagious they said I had to come in. So management seems like maybe they don't know proposals or they are tired of serving veterans by now. I told her I would bring my ID in, im also a disabled veteran. Not that that really matters but I have several IDs to show my service.Sad, this is one of the better hooters restaurant but I havnt been Here in a year, so maybe they have gone down hill. Lol, will give everyone an update with my experience being sick.

the food wasn't even spicy you guys need to turn up the heat!!!! The service was horrible because my waiter spilled the hot sauce on me! Also I felt nauseous when I walked in and so did my kid, I personally hate this place!

Decided to try Hooters at Potomac Mills after having lousy food (wings and curly fries) yesterday at Hooters Fairfax. So bad I did not finish the meal. Still had a taste for Hooters wings tonight. What a difference just changing locations. Wings were excellent (properly sauced and fresh). Curly fries were cooked and seasoned correctly. I think I found my new Hooters location.Parking: Lots of open spaces when I was there.
