I ordered yesterday for my kid. Pick up said 5:42 we got there at 5:54 and it still was not ready. Picked up after 6pm there was egg shells in his chicken fried rice. Clearly a rushed dish.

This place had my taste buds on a yo-yo! The dishes went from oh wow, this is so tasty (crab rangoon) to ok (frozen/pre made Dumplings) to eww, what were they thinking? (chicken w/ eggplant) to this is excellent, (combination lo mein). What happen to the Chicken w/ Eggplant you ask? Well, it was MIA, I was curious to try this dish even more, since after I put in my order, the lady at the front came by to ask if I was okay with the Eggplant being "breaded", to which I responded, "regular bread crumbs or panko?" She proceeded to describe the coating on the General Tso's Chicken... "so you mean a batter?" I exclaimed in curiosity. Ok, I guess I'll try it... After splitting open three pieces of the item which were supposed to be the Eggplant, little or near to none was in there, it was mostly batter, clumps of batter, sorry, not the best dish, couldn't eat it, and they took it back. The wait staff, especially Pedro and Maria are awesome, they are very attentive and always come by to check if you need anything.I will be going back, as they have a large menu, and they never had the Spicy Wontons. The house chili sauce is terrific!

I’m sadly disappointed in my lunch order from Chou. My wonton soup was not at all warm ( not even the container) and so bland. The sweet and sour chicken tasted a bit off and had a brown vein of something inside one of the pieces . Overall the entire order was subpar and disappointing.

Was a regular for years, then I think owner changed. The food got worse. Went in to eat , was looked at and was turned away. There was no one in the place . Will never go back. I had just retired and wanted lunch, don’t need that type of people in my life. Thumb your nose at someone else.

This ain't it. I've visited this place several times and each time it's a "no" for me. A lot of people like this place so if you're around-try it but it's not for me.

You shouldn't compare to-go with dine-in imo, as it's not fresh once you end up eating it. First time eating here. We dined in, and it was better than most take outs I've had from the area. Service was good, and the atmosphere is similar to a traditional Chinese restaurant, not high end but clean. Will come back to give an updated review, but so far, so good.

I got takeout so I can’t speak on service, but my family was pretty disappointed by the quality of food here. Apparently the lo mein and fried rice were strangely sweet? The drunken noodle was super bland, and the egg drop soup was super thick and FILLED with oil?? Egg drop soup is the easiest thing to make, not sure how you mess that up. There’s way too many great chinese food options to come back here.

Didn't like the food. seems like they have used same sauce in every dish we ordered. Drunken noodle was clearly soggy and blunt. Although the food taste was disappointing, their service and atmosphere is really welcoming. I recommend them taking the time to prepare the food and it's taste.

The food never disappoints, seemed alot tastier dining in than delivery. Ordered Mongolian beef and General tso shrimp, pan fried dumplings didn't last long enough to get a picture, they were great.

Food is not good so this was a waste of my time coming here. I haven't eaten Chinese food in forever and maybe is should have kept it that way. Because the need lo mein was so greasy which made my stomach hurt. Then while I was waiting I got a planters rum drink which was suppose to be rum and different juices. But what I got was rum and just orange just...Smdh never again...food terrible drinks not represented what the menus said. Note to self stay eaten healthy stay away from food like this'
