Wanted to love this place. I got the cream cheese roll, onigiri, epiq roll, teriyaki chicken, yakusabi noodles with my family. I can’t say I enjoyed any of it, each one was sub-par. That’s really all I could say to describe it, it all looked good and then when I would go to take a bite, it was unexpectedly not good ? sadly.

Ordered yakisoba that tasted like lomein. The young guy cashier is nice. The place is a little subdued even with the NFL game on. People come & go.

Stopped by on a late Sunday afternoon and there were not many customers inside the food hall (usually the Food Block like this in Annandale is packed). It was nice to have time to look at all the food places and the menus. We decided on Japomen and ordered the Bulgogi bowl and the Tonkatsu ramen. It was delicious and was prepared pretty quickly even though they were probably over the lunch rush and resting before the dinner rush. I wish I had more room to try all their onigiris but that will have to wait until next time. Parking was very easy in the parking lot (free), and plenty of seating inside which was clean. I can't wait to come back and try more off their menu.

I had the chicken Ramen today and it was excellent, perfectly flavored, not too salty, and I especially enjoyed what I think was ginger grated into it (it was a pink color). I will definitely be bringing my husband here with me in the future because I think he'd enjoy the food.Also, I had my infant in the stroller with me alone... the staff were very sweet to offer to bring my food out to my table since they saw it would be difficult to carry a soup and push a stroller.

Okay so a miss review cos some of it was really god and some not so good. The ramen was not even warm! Let alone half a bowl - the serving size is deceitful because the bowl is huge but the serving is really small - so like 2 star rating. The bento box was good and 3 star, very filling. The crispy chicken was surprisingly very good and the dipping sauce it comes with was delish. The chicken came out nice and hot and we enjoyed sharing this. If only the soup was hot . I give the chicken a whopping 4.5 stars... The area is nice and clean and it was empty for a Sunday late morning. We were in the area and opted to go here. Will not go out of my way to go back.

I'm shocked that this was one stall within a food hall. The food was so good, they should open their own separate restaurant! The people working there are also very nice and informative when I asked questions regarding their menu.
I really enjoy their sushi and have become a regular at this spot. One of my favorite rolls is the Red Dragon Roll - top tier! A good spot that satisfies the craving. EpiQ hall can get a little crowded at times, but food makes it worth it.

I must’ve ordered the wrong dishes, because it was actually hard to stomach the food that I ended up throwing it away. I got the sashimi combo and Japomen Udon, which tasted so off-putting. Maybe I’m just used to savory broths, but it tasted so sweet and gross. Though I got takeout, I rated 5 stars for service as everything was packaged well.
