One thing that always happens is that once i pre-order, I usually get there like 10 minutes early and my “hot” sub would be ready and not so hot anymore. I can only imagine what it would taste like if i’d actually arrive to pick it up on time instead of earlier.It’s like they take the chance to make your sub with little effort when you’re not in front of them.I always add to make sure it’s hot in the additional instructions, and it’s always literally as cold as a cold sub. They don’t put napkins in the bag. All the other jersey mikes have a much better service.

The Mike's FAMOUS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK Sandwich is so good! I had it for the 3rd time!//Not too busy around 3pm. (I got a CELSIUS Sparkling Energy Drink, Tropical Flavor, 10-Cal. Will get it again.) Convenient location, right off the PW Pkwy.
The sandwich could have been better if they toast the bread.But Don't toast bread. That's or bama....

So let me start off by saying this place went downhill. It’s the girls in there that are very rude and ghetto. They get upset when you ask kindly to change their gloves. They do dirty stuff cross contamination. When asked politely to remake it because they did something unhygienic they get mad. They have nasty energy not polite at all. The two black girls that work there. The men are great but they are always in the back when they need to be in the front. One of the girls was about to get her little tail handled. The manager needs to have a convo with her about politeness and professionalism. Nasty attitude as soon as you walk in. Very rude vibes. I won’t be coming back here. The other jersey mikes in Woodbridge is much better. Good vibes in there.

I hate that I have to give this review a horrible rating. This was unbelievably bad food! I ordered my usual and a couple extra sandwiches for my family. Everything was wrong with our order. Nothing we asked for was on our sandwiches! The person preparing our food obviously didn’t care what they threw together! My family is very fond of Jersey Mike’s and understands that mistakes happen but this definitely was not a simple mistake! To sum it up, it was bad enough to no longer spend our money here at this place in the future! The location being rated is on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge.

I am a lover of this place however the people who work there are rude and unfeeling and unprofessional. This was my second and last time going to that store.I hope I can fine another one not to far from where I live. I kept asking for over 15 minutes will someone be calling me and kept getting the same YES! Finally someone came in and say if there food was ready so I asked! Can you tell me why my food was just sitting there in the bag! It was cold and mushy. I was so upset I just left.By the way it could has been cleaner. No one busy at the time. Just unfriendly
