The food is delicious but order it to go because eating in there will make you lose your appetite. It's very run down and just very oppressive. I had always ordered their food or went for pick up and I was ok with that. Then one day I ate inside. Haven't gone back.

Worst service ever . I ordered over the phone two whole chickens when I went to pick it up it was $40 and the super family meal was $42 dollars with four sides and a liter soda the old gray haired man refused to change my order and said I'm getting what I ordered when I had not paid yet to change the order. I'm just walked out horrible service, I then sent my wife to order to go get the super family meal. The total came out to $45 with 4 sides and 1 Literr soda instead of just two chickens for $40 dollars

The customer service is a absolutely terrible. The portion size does not correspond to the expensive prices. The cashiers do not have respect for their customers! They talk back with terrible attitude. If you want to go to a restaurant that gives you no portions and the food is cold then this is the place for you. 100% don't recommend!

Chicken was not up to par for most charbroil chickens in the area. The service seemed well and excited to serve but that seemed more to stem the lack of customers in there as we were greeted immediately upon walking into the door. The yucca was dry but the green sauce did help save everything. The steak piece though was a grilled piece of leather barely season. The dinning section was clean but we took the food togo.

I had order steak with an egg and plantains. The server brought me the wrong plate. Which was my nephews plate and she gave him mine to start out with. Then we switched plates. I noticed that my egg was over cooked so I brought it to her attention. They bring another egg which it was supposed to have been over easy. I asked my steak to be cooked medium well. My steak was over cooked. They fixed that but what upset me that they had the nerve to charge me for the egg that they messed up!! What sense does that make. My steak was over cooked so was my egg but your going to charge me for something that your cooked messed up. Pay attention to your bill if they mess up your food because they will charge you!!

I give this place 4 stars for the portion. The chicken is really great and I just think that the sides over portion the small chicken they offer. The salad they give is a very small salad. The dressing is very delicious. Overall I would try this place again in the future.
