I like my meal spicy, and their chicken did not disappoint me. The other meals were also delicious and their customer service was also great. g

First time ordering here and never again. The customer service is horrible. I called ahead of time and waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Everyone in there looked like they didn’t like their job. Also the food was not very flavorful. If I could give zero stars I would.

Stopped in because it was not too far from the store I was visiting and the employees said it was good so I gave it a shot. I must have went on a bad day. They opened about 30 minutes before I walked in so we expected everything to be perfect. that was not the case. My chicken was over cooked and dry, my macaroni salad was warm/ hot it's supposed to be cold and the fried rice was not bad. Very disappointing will not be returning.

This place shouldn’t get stars.I threw away my whole food.Got home to find out both my boyfriend rice and beans and chicken were old. They had that nasty sour taste ?. Really this is sad ? I go to the one in Chantilly and never thought I had this experience. Please save your money and time don’t go there!!! There’s a reason the parking lot is empty.

I used to love King Pollo but they've gone down a lot. I gave it a try today and the chicken was dry and unseasoned to the point that it tasted almost chalky. Yeah, I won't be back. On the hunt for a new peruvian chicken place.

The good: the green sauce, spicy and tasty. The plantains, soft and sweet. The rest: chicken was dry and seemed like it had been made a while ago and sitting. Yuca fries were in big chunks, not even fried for very long and ended up tasting bland (green sauce to the rescue). The amount of sides each of plantains and yuca was not commensurate with the price.I’d avoid this place if I were you until they can do better.

Some of the worst Peruvian chicken I've ever had in my life. The chicken was dry. The skin was burned. I didn't even taste any of the typical Peruvian seasonings. The yellow sauce was horrible. Do not go here for Peruvian chicken.

We ordered form here a lot and loved it, but the last two times, they were missing sides and all of the sauces. When we called and let the store know, the guy just hung up on us. So we won’t be ordering from here again.

The service was fast and the portions are worth the price. However the quality of food would need work. Example, the macaroni and cheese was misleading, as it was actually macaroni and mayonnaise. The chicken is comparable to other charbroil chicken places. Clean eating area and good location 5/10

My kids and I ate there between 11am and 12:30 pm. It was lunch time. The chicken that we ate must have been cooked prior to 9am and sittingunder hot lamp. . It was definitely not fresh like I hoped . It was more rubbery and chewy then how a rottesary chicken supposed to be. I get the fact that it's pandemic and things are tough but this is exactly the time for small businesses to buckelup and give their customers quality and value for money or risk losing them good!

Man my dad asked if they had black people in the kitchen the chicken and rice was so good. I enjoy Peruvian chicken and found my new one when I'm away from home
