This place has the best Galbi gui . Korean beef ribs and kimchi that I have ever tasted . The wait is not long and it's very warm and friendly . This will always be my favorite spot for home cooked korean food .

Great Food, great service and great fine. It’s just a bite pricey. Trying to support local restaurants and I would definitely recommend and go again.

Went there today with 3 Adults and 2 Kids. Ordered Bulgogi, Galbi and Hot pot Bibimbap. We paid via credit card and it took the waitress a while to come back with our card. When she returned with our card she had already added a tip of $20 and change in the tip section and stated that with a bill of $100 and + and 5 people or more, they do add a 20% tip automatically. My husband and our friend are Korean and we have never experienced this before in any Korean restaurant we went to. Sure to say we feel cheated and this wasn’t mentioned on their menu nor inside the restaurant. A tip is always optional and not required by law. Food was so-so and overpriced. We asked about the tip that she had written into the tip section and asked why this was written in for us when it shouldn’t! Her response was all restaurants do this! What a fraudster! Customers be aware. Will not recommend or revisit! Shame on your tactics.

A mandatory 9% tip is added to any to-go order over $100. Why? Tip is a gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated. Mandatory tipping is abusing the tip culture to the max. I don’t mind paying some tips on a to-go order because the weather wasn’t ideal (I drove and walked into the restaurant through the rain to pick up my order; am I supposed to receive a discount?), but not in this way. I will not go back again.

This family owned Korean restaurant is the best kept secret in Northern Virginia. The food is exceptional. I've been a customer for 12 years.

Very nice quaint Korean restaurant with excellent food, service and very clean! The grilled mackerel is cooked and charred to perfection! The pickled daikon and bean sprouts are delicious and crunchy and you can tell they are prepared daily. The grilled spicy pork was tender and juicy. The service is excellent and she was so very sweet and brought extra napkins without me even asking.I highly recommend this for anyone that likes real Korean food. Oh and the ginseng hot tea is very smooth and light and perfectly steeped. Please support this excellent local business!Parking: Large parking lot

We love this place. We always get the hot pot. So good. The family is great and we go as often as we can. Wish it was open on Sundays but it's all good. Highly recommended!

We have visited this restaurant five years ago. Was (happily) surprised to see it is still open! The food are good enough and the price is very reasonable. Lunch Benton and hot bibimbap are highly recommended!

Why did no one tell me about this place when we moved here!? What a gem. Food was phenomenal.bwe had the hot bibimbap and th beef brisket stew. It was spicy but you can ask for no spice. We had the Solomon tea and ginseng tea which were also great. Everything was clean and lovely. The staff are so friendly and thr sweet piano music made for a relaxing and delicious outing.A note: the door accidentally locks for some reason, so if you walk up and it says open but the door is locked, either knock or call them to help.
