The venue boasts cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere, yet the ordering process felt hurried, and communication with the Asian female with black and orange hair was challenging, requiring multiple repetitions. The loud music detracted from the welcoming vibe. During the wait for our drinks, a courteous gentleman informed us of a brief delay, which was acceptable. However, upon receiving our order, he had to confirm with the same female staff member, who responded with a disrespectful and demeaning attitude, leaving me feeling upset that such behavior was tolerated.

I came into this Kong fu tea on Sunday April 7th at 12:35 pm then was a young lady and a young man in there, the young lady was extremely rude and rushed me, made it seem like I was bothering her and the young man was wearing headphones while working and was incoherent and on top of that was on his phone. I hope whoever else goes has a better experience than me and that they can learn from this.

The drinks and atmosphere is solid but their service is simply not there. They claim to open at 11am yet when I came here today at 12pm, doors are closed. They seem to be inconsistent with their opening hours which is upsetting and misleading.

I've tried this place several times. The first time, I thought the barista may have misheard me when my drink wasn't right. No, this place is just bad (and outrageously expensive). If a can't get a $7 iced tea right, something is wrong. Will not be back.

Kung fu tea is my favorite!! but sadly this location seems to be inconsistent with making their drinks. I always get the oreo wow and sometimes the boba is too hard or they forget to add ingredients. Honestly it’s 50/50 everytime i go. Starting to think of other boba places to go to.

We stopped in and tried something new, and were not disappointed! They let us take our time and decide what we wanted! Best of all they were very fast with getting us our drinks and we will stop by again soon. -Taro slush with brown sugar boba -passion fruit slush with lychee jelly and mango popping boba.

Terrible. Boba inedible & stale most of the time and/or they completely disregard the ordering instructions and add all sugar. Then rude lady manager refuses to remake your drink after you paid & tipped! Go to other locations! UPDATE: Apparently they now lie in response to your honest review? No drink was ever re-made. Boba is at the bottom so if you politely request fresh boba(not old. hard pellets ) they refuse. Sad.

I only give (1) star because we are unable to give zero stars. Should you ever have a poorly made drink ie sugar added when drink clearly lists " no sugar" or boba that is "rock hard" 7don't expect to ever have any customer service at this particular location. The female manager and " Omar" offer absolutely no customer service by offering to remake your drink. Instead the comment is,"Well, what do you want me to do?"...And, to think I actually tip these employees? Anyway, taking my families business to other boba tea stablishments.

I think they put black tea instead of green because it didn't taste right. Too weary to try again.

Took the kids here w the wife...its our new family special desert place. We got the mango slush w bubbles, and orea slush w bubbles. it was very good. for 4 medium slush bobbas it was $30. wtf is going on w prices these days. i figure each should only run $3.50 but i guess my mind is stuck in 1990. anyways the stuff tasted great and the kids devoured them. thank u kung fu tea

Learn to read. At $10 bucks a drink I expect the people making these drinks to learn how to read and comprehend orders. No ice means NO ICE and adding oreos (which is something I paid for) means ADD OREOS. I suggest you get this fixed before screwing up my next drink.

I usually enjoy kung fu tea, but when I ordered the lady with the pink hair gave me an attitude, and made us wait 20 minutes despite having our drinks ready. I don’t wanna knock on the brand but the customer service was not on par with the rest.
