When they upgraded to the interior they removed all the plugs so you can't bring a laptop or anything, that is a shame ... that is half the reason I'd go there to eat and use my computer, I'll go somewhere else next time

Horrible service. Was charged for a large combo meal when ordered a medium. The girl in drive thru argued with me when confronted and continued to argue and disrespect me even in the presence of the manager, Carlos. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a legitimate complaint but she made it seem like I was the problem. I will never patronize that restaurant again. The owner or General Manager need to address this. McDonalds, especially this location appears as if it hires the bottom of the barrel or takes what no one else wants.

My husband asked for a cup for water and the lady had a attitude I hate coming to this McDonald's attitude isn't great and the lady said she was the manager I dont know if she was. But the service from her is always bad .I like going to the Jefferson davis one because they always greet you well and talk to you nicely and have no problem giving a cup for water . Not gonna come here again so I dont recommend this McDonald's to anyone service not great they had a problem with other customers too I saw one time.Parking: Free parkingKid-friendliness: Playground for kids

I spent $26 worth of food at this McDonald’s and I find it absurd that a fast food restaurant doesn’t give out courtesy cups of water. I spent that amount of money on top of being taxed twice. The least they can do is give you water. They still have the water on the soda fountain. I don’t condone stealing but bring your own cup for water , as they’re robbing us blind. I went to another McDonalds later that day and they gave me free water. So it’s not a McDonald’s thing. Clearly this restaurant. Another greedy corporation. Food is usual McDonalds quality. Just something to eat.

I got a Sprite soaked 2 Cheeseburger large meal delivery via Uber eats from this 14362 Gideon Drive location and the two large sprites didn't have their lids on securely,spilled into a puddle in the bag,soaked and leaked damaged the food for me and my I called talked to manager ..nothing just sorry Uber eats refunded me called McDonald's back manager of this location tried to take up for her employee who put the order together but it was missing a large fry and the food was cold and not properly cooked first and last time I get an order from this McDonald's on Gideon in Woodbridge VA. Don't order from them very sloppy presentation like it didnt look freshly made,poor communication and just bad overall customer service..wasted my time and energy?????????

I recently visited McDonald’s and was disappointed when I was denied a water cup. The refusal to provide a simple courtesy like water reflects poorly on their customer service. This policy negatively impacted my experience, and I hope they reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction.

I ordered via Mobile app- after placing my order which was curbside pick up - waited in SPOt3 - no one brought my order - I had to go inside and they saw me coming the close the door and were leaving through rear door- I asked them how about my order - we are closed and come tomorrow or Tuesday we can refund you- it is not about refund it was about treating people- it was ordered before 8 PM- I am going to take it to next level- worst branch- No option of zero stars other wise it deserves no stars

I order one mocha two frappe and they gave me three mocha. I told the counter. The girls said they don’t have a oreo frappe so they give me a mocha I said I don’t want mocha they said I don’t have oreo I said why you didn’t tell me after that she went back again she bring the mocha put some chocolate on top and she said this is the way we are making ooreo, this is unacceptable. I will pursue this McDonald they charge me for Oreo milkshake and they give me a mocha which is totally different.
