The manager is very unprofessional at this spot. I had a paper coupon but she refused to take it because she wanted me to show my paper purchase receipt. I didn't have one because i made that order online. I never had this issue in other McDonald's. However, on this coupon, it showed what I ordered and even my name. And then, I ordered my food with app, however, they didn't even give me a recipt at all. It is just such an irony. If i could give 0 for their service, I would do it.

The advertised dining room hours (even posted on the door) is until 10pm on Fridays. At 9:12 all the doors were locked. There were still people in the dining room eating. A man had ran out to his car to grab something and couldn’t even get back in to his wife, who was sitting at a table. lol why would you close early on a Friday night?

My breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. However, although I requested no cheese on the sandwich, I was still charged the same price as a sandwich with cheese. It wouldn't be so bad since that is a common practice at some places. Yet, when I requested extra butter on my sandwich I was charged .15 cents for the added butter. It seems like a small upcharge but the fact that this particular McDonald's charges you for butter seems petty and penny chasing. I won't purchase a sandwich from here anymore based on the lack of courtesy and extraneous, miscellaneous charges alone.

It was wrong so i told the 2 women the correct order. They both said no that i was wrong and told me the order they "said i placed" i know what i wanted and i know what i said when i placed the order. No shade towards anyone specifc, but some extra training needs to be done or something in regards to uber pickups - they seem to not understand when someone is there to pick up an order / they assume automatically that everyone is there to create a new order.
